Great hotel, we were a little concerned when we were driving to the hotel, but once there, it was perfect. The hotel resteraunt (with outside balcony seating), and a portion of the rooms, look right down at the heart of Trier, spectacular views of the city. Room was spacious and modern, food was good. The Berghotel Kockelsberg is located on a hill overlooking the Trier. My wife and I are in are late twenties, from the US, and stayed there in December 2011 during the Trier Christmas festival. The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway (we came from Cochem). We signed up for a guesthouse room but they upgraded us for free to a room in the main […] building with a view over town since it was open. The staff were all quite friendly and spoke perfect english. The hotel is probably a mile and a half above town. We drove down into town at about 4pm, and there was a bit of congestion but we got in in about 20 minutes. Later that night, due to the Weimachtsnacht festival, the traffic was backed up past the hotel all the way up to the highway and onto the highway, so be aware that if anything is going on in town, you should leave early to avoid traffic as there's only one road going into town there. We had dinner at the hotel and found it both delicious and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone, great view over Trier from there. The room was nice, plenty of heat in the winter and good internet. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would stay there again. Читати далі

Nice place. About an hour's walk downhill through the forest to get to Trier and the Mosel River. If you know that in advance it's fine. The on-site restaurant is great.

nice hotel with goog views and food - a long way from town so need a car

We stayed as a family of four. We were given a huge suite in the annex area that had two bedrooms and living room with huge big screen TV. The suite was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff was extremely courteous and efficicient. Kameralny hotel polozony w pieknej,cichej okolicy.Cudowne widoki z okna na panorame Trier.Mila,profesjonalna obsluga.Smaczne jedzenie.Doskonaly dla osob,ktore chcialyby zregenerowac sily z dala od zgielku miasta.

hotel tres agreable ainsi que la famille au commande aimable et a l'ecoute de la clientele le tout dans un decor de conte de fee et calme a peine a 10 mn en voiture de centre de treves et salle de concert arena .........petit dejeuner superbe ...permet de faire du tourisme et shopping tout en se retrouvant au calme ........

Herligt hotel, med venligt personale og pragtfulde omgivelser,der bliver passet utrolig godt. Har allerede anbefalet det til flere venner.

Ruhig auf dem Kockelsberg über Trier gelegen, wohnt man im Berghotel ideal, um bei einem Besuch, der von zahlreichen Touristen frequentierten Stadt und Landschaft trotzdem zu entspannen. Gute Ausschilderung, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels, freundlicher Service. Wir waren in einem kleinen, sehr zweckmäßig ausgestatteten […] Zimmer im Souterrain untergebracht. Komfort und Ausstattung waren für eine Städtereise vollkommen ausreichend. Als einziges Manko habe ich persönlich die barrierefreie Duschkabine empfunden, die leider den gefliessten Boden stark einnässt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden das Berghotel gerne wieder auswählen. Gerne jedoch ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke, um den herrlichen Ausblick auch richtig genießen zu können. Spesielt hotel med sentral beliggenhet og god service

Upeat näköalat Trieriin ja koko jokilaaksoon. Erinomainen ravintola illalliselle ja aamupala loistava. Vastaanoton ja ravintolan henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja palveluhenkisiä. Miinuksena se, että tiet Trieriin ovat erittäin ruuhkaiset (vaikka matka ei ole pitkä, aikaa kuluu)

Uitzicht over Trier mooi. Wel op auto aangewezen. Vriendelijke bediening in restaurant. Qua inrichting en algemene toestand hotel zijn de drie sterren terecht.

Super hyggeligt familie drevet hotel med skønne omgivelser og dejlig betjening. De bestræber sig på at yde service for ALLE gæster, så man føler sig velkommen. Kan varmt anbefales.

Mooie ligging vooral s'avonds, met alle verlichting in de stad Trier. Belangrijk is de keuze van de kamer. nummer107 bied het mooiste uitzicht over Trier. Het ontbijt was prima, doch het avondeten was minder.
