"Nice Hotel"
Except for some reservation problems this was a great experience. Nice hotel and great location next to the Marina.
We went to the Asparagus Festival and was pleased that it was 4 minutes away walking. Our room was very nice. The outside court yard was awesome to hear to guys playing music and singing exceptional entertainment would stay again AAAAAAAA++++++++
"Waterfront Hotel - Stockton"
It was nicely remodeled with modern decor. Very clean. Wonderful outside area with pool, grassy area, lounge chairs, etc. The staff seemed nice, but in general the service did not match the level of quality of the property. The people seemed not 100% on top of things. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am, so we were there at 6:29am since we […] had a soccer tournament to get to so we were tight on time. The hostess saw us coming and literally ran from us into the kitchen. I think she wasn't ready yet, so that is how she handled it. I finally had to get the front desk person, who ended up arguing with the hostess about what time the breakfast was supposed to start. We ended up getting our food, which was very good, and they were helpful in the end. But it just seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing and it caused us extra stress as we were almost late for our soccer game. "Not your average chain hotel"
We chose this hotel because we were running in a race that started at the Ports stadium. The hotel was still under renovation but our room was clean, quiet and impressive. "Great place for UOP parents"
Close to UOP, very nice upscale hotel with very affordable rates. Clean and comfortable rooms. Soft fluffy towels and I like the extra mirror to put on makeup with/shave with. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Full size frig instead of the little dorm sized ones that most hotels have. These are the things that make it a pleasure to stay here. Hotel was perfectly fine and clean, except my room didn't have the best of views. That was completely no bother since the stay was only for a few hours. Desk employees and staff were fine. The only negative I had was the service, or complete lack thereof, by the evening bartender Rachel. With a "rush" crowd of a whopping 12 people (98% of which already had been "served"), we were ignored and finally were helped by another young gentleman; he completely made up for it and apologized for Rachel's ineptitude. You gotta love a brand new hotel. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures, very modern and clean. The lobby was clean and simple. This was just a quick over night trip so we didn't get to check out the bar, pool or outdoor area, however, it seemed just as chic. "Has lots of potential"
The new owners are doing a good job to make this hotel upscale in a boring neighborhood. It's probably the best hotel in the area of Stockton. However there are still things that need improvement. My room thermostat did not work and the hair dryer has exposed wires coming out of it that made me worry. The room is tastefully decorated but it was dusty […] and grimy in some areas. There's no shower door, only a glass which did not do a good job in shielding the water in the shower. They need better signage for parking area. 4-5 star hotel for 2-3 star price. one of the top experences ever. great cheap roomservice, NEW hotel, average to small room w/ free internet and computer room if you don't have your own, great personal, fun lawn s/ great view and nice but small pool. This could all change as they of using some of the top floors for student brought condos.

"Wonderful night view and great day by pool"
We had a wonderful evening to celebrate our anniversary. We sat by the fire pits outside. Our bed was so comfy and luxurious. The food was delicious. The view was relaxing. It was well worth it all for a lil get away.
The hotel was excellent. However, the room space was too tight. Also, we were taken aback by two males in their underwear taling in the hallway close to our room. Other than for this incident, our stay was excellent.

"Great Bar and lounge"
When you book make sure you get the Deluxe King, the traditional King room is very small. We were lucky that they had a King deluxe available after seeing how tiny the room was. They gave us the upgrade without charging us and were very helpful and gracious. Would stay here again!

Hotel staff was superb. Room was nicer than we expected. Full refrigerator and microwave. there is a nice swimming pool that I hadn't seen mentioned at their website.

We stay here a few times a year! Close to the Stockton Arena for minor league hockey, and Banner Island Ballpark for minor league baseball! The upgrades that have been made since the last time we stayed are wonderful! The hotel added a pool and totally made over the courtyard! The new chajrs are great!

From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, it is a wonderful experience. The Front desk staff are caring and sincere. Brian the Food and beverage Manager is Awesome. They even have Voss water in the rooms, who does that ? beautiful pool on the river, back patios area is huge with heaters , table and lighting every where, Felt very safe. Finally The Restaurant food was amazing. Their web site does not do it justice. Upon Check out the Front office manager Jean is probably the friendliest person i have ever met. With everything as busy as it was that weekend, Graduations, proms, and Taste of San Joaquin going on The staff took the time to make everybody feel Appreciated and like you were the only guest in the hotel.
