Comfort Suites Amish Country - Ланкастер

Hotel was great, really large rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was good, the best part was the service from the breakfast man... Cannot remember his name but he was excellent, so friendly and helpful. All the staff where just lovely.

Our stay was so pleasant, and enjoyable. The entire staff was excellent and very professional and the cook Frank was excellent , he made the best waffles. I cant wait to go back.

Great rate on a non-smoking room with king-size bed. Couldn't think of a single complaint if I tried. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect... didn't disappoint. Wife and I had a nice evening away from the kids. We'd go back without hesitation.

Great for overnight or weekend stay if you're in Lancaster for the sites or the shopping. Very good location and nice accommodations....plus very welcoming staff.

Outstanding - only a few miles from Amish country - staff was extremely helpful and friendly - plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby

This was the first time in 20 years that I stayed in Lancaster. The front desk employees are WONDERFUL. They offerd assistance regaurding local and off the beaten path sites, shopping and dinning. This location will be my go to for visitd to Lancaster. By the way say hello to KIM and Jodi at the front desk when you stop by

I was very satisfied with the location, modern decorations and cleanliness of the room and hotel. I was a little surprised that I was informed of the hotel amenities when I checked in, rather I had to ask where the elevator and pool was and saw a sign for the breakfast time. Everything about this hotel was great. The layout of the rooms is roomy with possibility of privacy if one person needs to work or read while the other is sleeping or watching TV. Beds are comfortable. Coffee in lobby 24 hrs is a big plus. Staff is friendly. Hotel is well situated with regard to restaurants.

Everyone was satisfied with our rooms. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a nice variety of foods at breakfast.

To whom it may concern...the # 3 rating was for the charge for the use of the safe in the room..like the iron, hair blower, coffee machine, mico-wave, these things came with the room..as should the use of the safe.. i reserved two rooms..and was charged for both rooms for the use of the safe..(did not use the safe).after complaining, they took both […] amounts off both bills...to me this is a poor way to make money..we should be told inadvance about the use of the safe and the price..if you don't want the safe useage.. something should be on the safe to say see the front desk if you want to use the safe..other wise it should come with the room..... Comfortable hotel with plenty of parking. Checking in & out was easy. The free Wi-Fi was quick. The friendly staff was there to help with suggestions about restaurants & Amish attractions. Would stay here again.

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that the breakfast area is rather small. We stayed there for 3nights. The first two mornings were ok as the hotel was not full. But during the next two mornings the hotel's breakfast area was packed with people who checked in earlier. The room was pretty big, and the price was excellent. it appeared to be very clean. the bed was comfortable. the carpeting smelled funny, but i was doing pushups on it so i noticed something i otherwise wouldn't have.

This hotel was a bargain and a gem. We stay in this area often and have tried other hotel chains - this was cheaper and had a nice, large room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds comfy! They have a breakfast area where they serve waffles, one egg choice and a meat choice. along with the other norms. It was nice to have this included and start your day off with a real breakfast and not have to spend big $$ at a restaurant. Very pleased with this hotel. Although in a busy part of Lancaster, had the feeling of being away from it all. Convenient to small towns in the area. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Had a great free breakfast in the lob by area. Very persoble staff. Would go back again.

This hotel is a great place to stay! Close to all the Lancanster outlet malls and Amish attractions. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Free breakfast was great! And the rooms!!! Wow!! Lovely spacious rooms with all the amenities! Family friendly and comfortable for solo travelers,too!

Very good hotel, is away from downtown lancaster but the bus station is bang outside the hotel so not bad at all The rooms are very good and the services very good

The staff was very nice and cordial. Our room was very comfortable and nice. The only problem we experienced was hearing your neighbors in their rooms and our bathroom could have been a lot cleaner during out stay.
