Great hotel, good location. Very comfortable, extensive breakfast. The only downside was that it was about 10 min further from the sights (walking distance) than would be ideal. I had read that the hotel has small bedrooms, but I didn't think they would be SOO small. We were 2 adults and 1 baby and there was almost no room to walk or open our bags. They advertised that we could have a bed for the baby... they had two travel beds in the hotel and both were broken (we used the one that was "less" broken). Their swimming pool […] is only free of charge until 16:00 (which they forget to write on their add) and it is a bit cold in winter... they save on heating, and only turn them on in the morning if they see someone coming. I think they should also write in their description that the reception of the hotel is actually located in the first floor, and that there is no elevator to it... that is to say, the elevator starts from the first floor, and from the ground floor there is a flight of stairs. Usually not a big problem but a little bit of an inconvenience to people traveling with a stroller (like us) or people with a disability. Having said that, the personnel was extremely helpful and nice at all times and the hotel is well-located... just a couple of blocks away from the tram and the metro and for those who like to walk a bit more, just a km or so to Grand Bazaar... Hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Fast Internet gives opportunity do many job in one time. Spa area is very good, give opportunity to have a rest after long busy day.

I chose this hotel to be close to getting out the Otogar bus station. The area has some smart hotels, but is mainly modern clothes shops. A long walk to the main sites, so not good if this is what you want. The Zagreb has no ground floor lobby telling you immediately that this is not a 4 star hotel by international standards. Reception was friendly […] and prompt. The room was fine and smart enough. The breakfast was a varied selection of almost inedible food stuffs. The worst I have ever encountered. There is a very smart pool on the top floor, but guests have to pay a significant extra fee to use it after 4 p.m. i.e. exactly when you want it after a hot walk in town. This hotel was difficult to find as there was just a doorway off the street. There was a small sign. It is quite a way into the peninsula although close to the tram stop. The metro is about 15 minutes walk away. Once inside the hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and gave plenty of leaflets and information about the […] city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. It is served until 10am for late-risers. However don't be a late-riser - you might miss the chocolate pancakes! The room was clean with good facilites. However the electronic safe in our room did not work. Although our room faced the street (and the street is more busy at nighttime because of the street traders) the balcony doors were thick eough to keep out the noise. The bathroom was always clean. The only bad thing about the hotel is the doorway to enter goes to stairs to reception on the first floor. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up. Overall this is a great hotel. I stayed at 3 different hotels in Turkey, One in Istanbul, one in Kusadasi and another in Izmir. This hotel is spectacular! , everything is modern , new and shiny. Extremely clean and let me tell you something about the staff and the people working there: THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!! They are extremely polite, cooperative, knowledgable and just AWESOME! […] , There is a gentleman (Unfortunately I forgot his name) but he wears glasses at the receptionist and is usually there from mornings until late afternoons, his english is perfect, and he is one of the nicest people I've ever met in Turkey. The overall room was clean, only the shower could have been better. The AC worked as long as the key was in the wall fixture, but off when gone, so had to cool down the room each time you returned. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small elevators and slow, used the stairs most of the time.

here are the few things to consider! there is not an elevator in the entrance so you have to walk up on the narrow and vertical stairs to get the reception and the elevator. hard when you have luggage and kids on stroller. our room was way too small we could not find a corner to put our luggage. everything was on top of each other in the closet. obviously […] room was not vacuumed since we literally found a few fruit pits and a construction nail on the floor. TV was acting odd. As I try to turn down the sound it would always go to the first channel. No need to mention there are limited number of TV channels and quiet few of them not working. AC's thermostat was not working so no matter what temperature you set it, it runs non stop to freeze you. you get up and turn it off and in such small room you are back to sweating in no time. there is a roof top pool with great panoramic view but pretty small. they also charge you 20 bucks after 16.00 pm for the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. neighbourhood is kinda invaded with street vendors and their eastern european shoppers. the best thing about the hotel is the price in comparision to other hotels in the area. We had stayed in the Grand Washington up the road as part of a tour group, when the tour was over we moved over to Zagreb, and the difference was clear. - Staff were very friendly - Breakfast buffet was great for a small hotel - Were able to check in quite early (had to wait for a room to be cleaned but not long) - We were taken to two rooms on the […] same floor and given the choice of which one we'd like - Pool looked amazing, although we didn't use it Keep in mind that the star rating is not the same in Turkey as it is in Europe/UK, however this wasn't far off 4 stars. The area apparently has a lot of russian prostitution, however I didn't see any myself, and this is a hotel district so it's relatively safe, but females should be accompanied by a male at all times just to be on the safe side. For transport to/from the airport, both hotels recommended getting metro then tram, however, it's only a 5-10min walk straight to the metro, so if you're young/fit i'd recommend doing that instead, that way you save on buying an extra token each way, and one less change Читати далі

This hotel could reach a 5 in my book if they did two things, get the Shower Cleaner the corners were a bit dirty, firmer pillow's!!!!!!!!

The room and ameneties were excellent. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated after a long flight. The room was very small but worked well for a short stay.

Vicino alla metropolitana (tram) di Aksaray, ottima colazione a buffet. Pochi locali nelle vicinanze, per mangiare è necessario spostarsi verso il centro che è facilmente raggiungibile via metro in quattro fermate. Le stanze sono piccole e diventano piccolissime quando (come nel nostro caso) viene aggiunto un terzo letto. Dall'aeroporto, anche se […] la metro M1 arriva fino a Aksaray, conviene cambiare e prendere il tram fino ad Aksaray dato che la fermata del tram è molto più vicina all'hotel di quella della metro. Enkelt hotel med bra läge och service.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med servisen. Rommet var veldig reint. Folk var veldig høflige. Frokost. Var veldig bra. Hotellet var veldig sentralt. Alt var meget bra. Vi kommer tilbake til dere neste reise. Med vennlig hilsen, Mansour.

Hotel económico, limpio, con bastante buen aspecto, buen desayuno buffet (muy completo y muy rico), buena situación, apenas a 10 minutos andando del Gran Bazar, frente a la parada de tranvía de Aksaray, y en una zona totalmente típica desde la que puedes acceder a cualquier lugar del Estambul Europeo al oeste del puente de Gálata Los baños son pequeños, […] con ducha, en nuestro caso un plato minúsculo de ducha. Las camas son cómodas, pero las habitaciones son enanas, creo que es algo común en todos los hoteles de esta zona. En la rececpción son todos muy amables, hablan inglés, y hay dos ordenadores conectados a internet gratuitos, así como el uso de la impresora, que también lo es. Hay wifi en las habitaciones y funciona bastante bien, gratis, claro La caja de seguridad también es gratis Los armarios (por llamarlo así) son muy pequeños Aire acondicionado y calefacción que funcionan a la perfección Televisor muy pequeño, pantalla plana, pero muy pequeña. Es casi ridícula... En general, una buena "base de operaciones" para nuestra visita a Estambul. Ideal para coger fuerzas por la mañana y descansar por las noches. Hotel tout à fait correct, malgré des toutes petites chambres. Hotel "vendu" avec piscine, mais cette dernière n'est gratuite qu'entre 9h et 16h, sinon il vous en coutera 10$... une vraie deception Par contre la situation est idéale, proche de la ligne de tram,et du centre touristique

Helt ok hotel, med egen spa afdeling, hvor jeg fik massage. Smuk lille pool. Ligger tæt ved sporvognsstoppet v. universitetet, så det var nemt og billigt at komme til fra lufthavnen. Gåafstand til Store Bazar og Blå Moske.

Es hat wenig Auswahl Menü, vor allem Morgenbuffet ist immer gleich nach 3 Tag wird es langweilig.

beliggenheten er topp med gangavstand til bazarene, den blå moske, hagia sofia og topazpalasset. Trikken var lett å forstå og med tette avganger. Hotellet var helt ok, men ganske harde madrasser, Heisen virka litt upålitelig pga mange små strømbrudd, så vi tok konsekvent trappene 7 etasjer, men det er jo god trim. Hotellets spa og basseng prøvde vi […] ikke fordi vi trivdes så godt i byen at vi tilbregte våre 5 dager der. Fantastiske gamle bygninger, koselig by, god mat og trivelige folk. De unge snakket noe engelsk, nok til vanlig turistbehov. Det anbefales å å kjøpe briller hos optikeren vis a vis bazaren med inngang fra hovedgata. Hotellet har en sentral beliggenhet og hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rommene er ikke store, men OK God frokost , bra basseng på toppen av bygningen.

Es un lugar donde los viajeros se sentirán bien atendidos por el trato de los empleados y empleadas del hotel, siempre en disponibilidad para atender dudas respecto a la ciudad de Estambul y con un importante interés por conocer el idioma español. Respecto al buffet se encontrará una gran variedad de frutas, quesos, carnes frías, y plato fuerte, incluyendo […] la sopa que los turcos suelen desayunar, aunado a bebidas frías y calientes, asi como postres y cereal. Las habitaciones se encuentran limpias y son cómodas para el descanzo. La ubicación lo hace excepcional para llegar en metro, se encuentra a dos o tres cuadras de la estación Aksaray (color azul). Hotellet var OK, med bra svømmebasseng (ute) i femte etasje (dårlig at hotellet tok betalt for bading etter kl 16). Frokosten var relativt dårlig og manglet klassiske ingridienser for en Continental frokost. Betjeningen var høflig og hyggelige.

Personnel très aimable et accueillant, parlant anglais; service H24; petite piscine sur les toits très sympa. Nous y étions la dernière semaine de juin, très agréable. J'y retournerai avec plaisir

Hotellet var etter vår mening helt på topp. Fantastisk service og hyggelig betjening. Nydelig frokostbuffe,og muligheter for å svømme den av seg i svømmebassenget på taket.Sentralt,kan spasere til alle det mest kjende attraksjoner. Anbefales!!!!!!!!! Ja,og rimelig :).

Rommet var lite. Meget bra renhold, frokosten var bra og rikelig, servicen upåklagelig. Hotellet lå noen minutter fra trikk som det var veldig greit og bruke.

nice hotel, frindly staff, but very small rooms for a 4 star hotel

El hotel esta bien ubicado pero la zona no es agradable. La habitacion era demasiado pequena. El servicio y desayuno buenos.

- Rummet var litet för två personer. - Middagen vi åt var under all kritik. - Det dyraste bastubad jag någonsin betalat för. - Frukosten, så där. + Trevlig servicepersonal. Hygglig närhet till centrala delar, men dålig tillgång till restauranger i närheten av hotellet.
