品質很好的酒店,位置方便,周邊環境也好,有得逛有得吃,步行就到地鐵站跟羅浮宮. 不过要个热水到房間喝也要收费是比较意想不到的....

Hotel locates at the end of Metro Line 3 and needs about 30 minutes travelling to centre of Paris (but still convenient). Nearby is a big supermarket where you can found most of the necessities at affordable prices. Rooms are tidy and provide private safe, water boiler and fringe. Free wifi for 24 hours and 2 computers are located at reception area for internet users. Front desk staff are always very busy in dealing with questions from travellers. On the whole the hotel provides convenience to travellers and is recommended.

"Avoidable"
The room was clean but had a foul smell, poor quality bathroom, bed was uncomfortable ... lift doesn't work for all floors, overall, can be avoided
"Worst hotel experience in my whole life."
We had booked a room for two nights, when we get there they speak next to no English and try to tell us that we can't get a room until 6:30 the next morning but we can sleep on the floor in the lobby. After some arguing they give us a room that someone else has been sleeping in, they haven't even made the bed after them. And then at 6:30 we had to switch […] rooms. When it was time to check out they refused top give us any kind of discount for our trouble and terrible reception. It was also very hard to speak to any one working there because no one knew more then a few words of English. So overall the service was terrible, the rooms were discusting and the area it was in was fairly scetchy. "Hotel Lorraine, close to Gare de l'Est, in Paris"
Stay Ok. But, the TV was broken, they did not come to repair it, and I found hairs on the bed and under the pillow. Breakfast was not served before 7h 30. Very nice people at the reception thought.

Perfect location just next to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. Maybe decor is not superb but it is clean. If you want to enjoy Paris and hotel is for you just a place to sleep, I would higly recommend Hotel Lorraine.

Extremely small, neglected room. The door to the toilet couldn't be closed and the doorhandle was missing, no hot water at certain hours, electrical outtakes that didn't work, only 1 of 3 lamps did work, the promised Internet didn't work etc. etc. The staff was unfriendly and couldn't speak a single word in English. The cleaning was very defective but […] somehow they remembered to take our towels everyday - however they didn't give us new ones so we constantly had to ask for it. The neighbourhood was quite bad with a lot of drunks, noise and groups of men hanging around at all hours. Take our advice and use another minute to find another hotel!!! Читати далі

Alldeles utanför Gare de Est. Perfekt läge i en för övrigt trist stadsdel. Rummet rent med dusch och toa på rummet. Inget hotell för romantik, lyhört! Man hör när rumsgrannen snarkar! "A éviter à tout prix"
Draps sales, tv qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de prise électrique, douches pas très propre non plus. J'ai écourté mon séjour dans cet hôtel du coup.

Das 3er Zimmer hat alles. WC, Dusche TV. Es funktioniet auch wenn auch etwas klapprig oder Schmuddelig. Was richtig nervt ist der Lärm. Das Fenster kann gegen den Gare nicht offengelassen werden. Die anderen Zimmer sind auch sehr Hellhörig. Dementsprechend ist die Luft auch abgestanden.

We stayed there for three nights and payd little over price. Staff didn't speak english very much but we managed. Room was clean but bed wasn't very good to sleep and room was very noisy (all sounds from other rooms and corridor). It's ok if you only sleep and take shower.
"CHAMBRE NE FERMANT PAS A CLE ET ANIMAUX"
On m'a attribué une chambre avec la serrure cassée. L'homme de la réception qui avait une drôle d'allure m'a demandé de ne pas me fermer à clef car il ne serait pas en mesure de m'ouvrir. Durant la nuit des souris sont venus dans mes bagages manger mes biscuits. Je n'ai donc pas dormi de la nuit.

"Hotel Lorraine direkt beim Gare de l'est"
Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, es gibt ein Etagen-WC und kein WC im Zimmer. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind winzig. Der Fernseher und das Licht funktionieren nur teilweise. Zimmer jedoch sauber. Etagen-WC leider nicht sehr sauber. Reception nicht sehr hilfsbereit.
