"Scrupulously clean"
Four of us gals rented the 2 Bedroom apartment downstairs. I called in advance, and Diana inquired about food allergies, breakfast preferences. When we arrived for our one-night stay, our fridge was stocked with the requested items (plus home made jams), and we were happy to cook our own breakfast on our own timeline. Owners were pleasant and attentive […] without being obsequious. Bed linens were very nice. Bathroom was very nice and equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Sink and mirror was in between the two bedrooms, so it was easy for the 4 of us to share the space. The living room was generously sized, and we pulled the dining table away from the wall and played a 4-person round of Milles Bornes (card game). The Farmhouse has a beautiful front yard presentation, but there is some industrial stuff in the back, and it is sort of in the backyard of large church grounds. This was not a problem for us, and all surroundings were quiet save the train which only ran once that I heard. Nice place, but this is the first B&B we did not get a full, hot breakfast; only a light, continental was served. More assortment is served at a chain hotel. Very disappointed that a "Farmhouse" B&B did not serve fresh country eggs. Also, disappointed the bathroom was down the cold hallway and not in our room. We will be sure to ask more specific questions […] before booking the next time. The room got chilly during the night as well, with the high ceilings. "Historic and beautiful Home"
This home is historic and beautiful and has been renovated beautifully. The owners are super inviting and sweet and though the home is not perfectly accessible, it's worth the drive to enjoy this beautiful place.

"Wonderful Place to Stay!!"
The B&B was just what we were looking for. Joe and Diana went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, including looking up restaurants, printing out maps, etc. They made homemade food from their garden for breakfast, and were just so pleasant.
