We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

It cost us a "fortune" to get to the hotel via taxi because WE WERE NOT GIVEN clear instructions on what bus to take from terminal 5. We were in the customs line for over 2 hours last Friday so it was after 11PM when we finally arrive at the hotel. Getting room service for water and a coke took 2 phone calls. "Plesant, nice hotel"
Good place for local business or overnight flight stay; not a vacation hotel. Rooms should be spruced up a bit. Breakfast is great & so is the restuarant. The SPA needs tons of work! The hotel should be able to coordinate the appointments with the Masseuse due to phone issues.

"Best deal close to Heathrow"
Great value - booked through hotels.com. Food good too. Local bus direct Heathrow right outside. Take taxi rather than Hoppa buses out to hotel. even if you are only 1 - only a couple of pounds cheaper.

An excellent hotel overall. Very good value for money and connection to the airport could not be simpler. No need to wait for the not very frequent hotel /airport shuttle buses but hop on one of the frequent local services and be there in minutes, for free.

Very convenient to Heathrow with frequent city bus transportation to the Central Bus station at Heathrow. We has a simple but nice room , and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. ,The cafe in the lobby was quite good. room was clean and nice enough but the toilet didn't flush very well and we were given a room that was up an elevator across a floor then down another elevator and half a floor away. i guess that's what they give you when you pay for a standard room. easy to get to and from airport on the bus though.

The hotel Arora is situated close to terminal 3 and is top notch hotel if you need quick stay near Hethrow and a quiet night. Free bus is available from and to the airport. Nearby are Chinese and Indian restaurants and McDonald. Staff are professional and courteous. Check in and out is very easy.

"Close to Manchester airport, easy access into Manc"
We stayed at this hotel before our 7am flight the following morning. Shuttle service is very good. It only takes 15 by train into Manchester city. Return train fare at 3.60 pounds which is a great value. I'd stay here in the future since it's so close to the city and yet it's very quiet at night that we had a good night rest.
I stayed at this hotel with my wife during our trip to England. The overall condition of this hotel is quite good but I have to say that the hotel service is really bad. I had a bad experience with the hotel receptionist since she was trying to charge me the Internet connection twice. Anyhow, It just might be my bad luck
