Very good hotel with all 5 star requirements. Very complete breakfast. Nice view on upper floors.

Vietnam 5 stars are different than western 5 stars. Even thought hotel is not old, it feels like its 20 years old but renovated. No free wifi, lots of construction in nearby, you can hear hallway noises very clearly in your room. Nice pool, friendly staff, very good breakfast with amazing dessert buffet.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shortage of sunbeds on beach. Magnificent breakfast, let down a bit by scarcity of coffee. Would definitely stay again when next in Nha Trang.

everything was great such as food, location, pool, room. Hope they are going to offer free WIFI in the room as many other Vietnam's 3 STARs hotels.

HAD A NICE FEW DAYS THERE, THE STEAM ROOM SPA ANS SWIMMING POOL WERE GREAT. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE IT CONVINCED ME ME TO BUY A NEW MATTRESS FOR HOME. We absolutely LOVED the Nha Trang Sheraton....seriously, the views, the rooms, the service, the included breakfast buffet, the pool, the gym... everything there was outstanding...the only small thing that we though was a little cheeky was that they charged for using the internet in your rooms. The hotel was beautifully designed. The architect has cleverly made the tower into a S-shaped structure perpendicular to the beach and all the balconies angled at 45 degrees so that every room a gets a good seaview. Hotel rooms are clean, modern, and luxurious. We spent time there during the holiday season. While the hotel was full, it never felt crowded nor overused. Otherwise, you may head down to the lobby and use the free internet there like we did. Our package includes breakfast in the morning. And the breakfast is excellent. Everything from traditionally Vietnamese breakfast items (porridge, pho, banh mi) to typical continental breakfast was delicious. Some of us in the travel group are typically late risers. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang late December 2011. It is a modern hotel, very clean with great amenities in an excellent location. We were impressed with our Deluxe room which had a great view of the ocean. comfortable king size bed and a modern bathroom with both a tub and shower. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. One night we ate in the Asian restaurant in the Hotel and the food was inconsistent. One dish was fine, but another had to be returned to the kitchen. The manager gladly didn't charge us for it and we were able to order something else. There are so many options for excellent food in Nha Trang - from "hole in the wall" to upscale places that Sheraton should work on upgrading the menu in their Asian restaurant. Читати далі

Great hotel, great staff and unbelievable views. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It was in great shape and they really seemed to go the extra mile (they were just finishing up building a massive ginger bread house and very large Christmas tree when we were there). We got there early before before our reservation was in the system (we made this reservation […] as we left our previous hotel (that we did not book on hotels.com) down the street that was disturbingly nasty) so we went to the street level bar and had a drink. Not much later the staff came to the bar to let us know they had our reservation and we could check in early (around 11 am). One of the couples with us had just gotten married. They get to their room to find rose petals in their tub and on their bed and towels formed into kissing birds. Everything we needed they provided Including a late checkout. The staff was very friendly and their english was better than average. The pool area and spa were both very nice and The upstairs bar has an amazing view and relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, however not providing free internet in the rooms and the horrible old computers with internet access near the lobby means I won't be coming back.

This property was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The hotel staff were nothing short of professional & friendly. Our room was very modern, clean & affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We shared this wonderful holiday with another family. We loved spending time at the buffet breakfast and this pool. Sheraton in Nha Trang is a really great hotel, the best I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam and Laos. The rooms are very modern, big bed with satin sheets, printed with the logo. Let me […] stress af few features of the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, here is everything you can wish for. The hotel pool on 6th floor is beautiful with a magnificent view of the sea. If you like to work out there is a rather large fitness center nicely equipped with a great view over the Nha Trang bay on 7th floor. You can even participate in yoga classes Wednesday and Thursday morning. Compared with f.inst. 5-star hotels in Saigon, I think the prices for drinks and food and the spa are reasonable. We paid almost twice as much for massage, ice tea, and food in the pool bar in a comparable 5-star hotel in Saigon - not Sharaton though. The service is really great and when we left 5.30 in the morning to catch an early flight they had prepared a nice breakfast box for us. In general, I do not have much negative to add. They could not find our booking when we arrived, and it took them 10-15 minutes to locate it and in the mean-time we were not informed what the problem was, so we were getting impatient. This is the only negative thing I can come up with. So Sheraton thank you very much for making our last days in Vietnam very pleasant. Sheraton Hotel in Nha Trang is one of the best quallity you can ever get! The hotel is all new and the services are on top! Located central and by the beach with very nice wiew from your room. I am very satisfied an very sure that at my next trip i will again choise Sheraton! :) Thank you for making my stay pleasent!

I think it's overpriced . The staff is good but slow .There are a lot of children screaming out loud, the food is good .The door at the toilet is hurting my toe because it's not firmly . Anyhow it's best hotel in Nha Trang but it should be more than that .

Loved this hotel and the staff, they really look after you. I stayed on the club floor and enjoyed the free happy hour in the evening, free internet etc, well worth the extra charge. My room over looked the beach and it was fab! It included a fruit bowl on arrival, clothes line in the bethroom, great amenities etc. They also had your own safety deposit […] box down stairs which was very useful, and reminded you of it when you checked out! Hotel was on the main street of Tran Phu, just a bit far from the main area but walkable distance if could stand the heat. The room is clean and we had booked the Club Ocean View room which was worth it because you get access to the Club floor where can access free internet, breakfast and afternoon tea. The negative part was we had troubled with our […] air con as I think the hotel had forgot to switch it on, had made 2 complaints before it got sorted out. Also to keep the room cool, we had to leave the room card inserted while other hotels were not required. Also for a 4-5 stars hotel there were limited bathroom amenities available, only the basic such as 1 soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were given, you have to ring up and asked for other stuff such as cotton buds or shower caps to which I find the hotel was a bit stingy. Rooms are very modern and clean, with beautiful sea views, Unfortunately during our stay (April 2011) there was also alot of building work either side of the hotel. Location is at the end of the resort, beach is lovely, and we generally had an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

The workout facility is so nice you can't help but want to exercise. Not al rooms have ocean view.

Its a very modern hotel and the rooms are quite good, what lets this hotel down is the building work iether side of it, had to change rooms after the first night because of the noise from the building adjasent to it hammering at seven in the morning is not my idea of an early morning call. We were offered a room on the other side but looking out of […] the window we noticed another building being demolished . Very helpful and we were given free upgrade as it was our honeymoon. Lovely room with balcony.We even received a 'good luck' cake from the management. Great roof bar with views. Quite noisy road at front of hotel but room itself very quiet. beach quite narrow and across main road but clean. Would definitely recommend hotel.

Great place. High marks for the Private Beach and escorts that take you there. It is a bit of a walk to the main drag in town but not bad, we did it every day. I liked the hotel.

The check-in was good. Areas for improvement will be that this is a well known chain of hotels, they should provide airport pick-up. The breakfast needs more improvement as the dishes were not of five star level but was good enough. Staff was helpful & courteous. we stayed there for two nights, and i must say this was the best hotel so far on my trip. the hotel is brand new and so everything was very clean and in good condition. the design is also amazing, not to overloaded, just what u expect from a contamporary, modern 5 star hotel. very nice! the breakfast was huge and well selcted. the staff all spoke fluent […] english and were all extremly friendly and kind!!! only two little mistakes happend on the checkout day, when the bellboy mistakenly told our taxidriver to bring us to the airport, but we actually wanted to go to the train station. and the other thing was that the concierge couldnt give us the right infos about the train schedule so that we were a little bit confused. but after i complained that on the phone to the hotel, the frontdesk manager mrs. tran took her driver right away and rallied to us at the train station. when they arrived they appologized several times for the inconviniences and wanted to give us back the money for the cab. we refused and told her that this was not such a big deal. we just wanted to let them know what went wrong. so we smalltalked a little bit and then they carried our bags in the train and said farewell and that they were so sorry again. mrs.tran and her driver made our day. this was just so sweet. thats how u solve problems and complains. chapeaux Читати далі

This hotel was my savior. It rescued me and my 7 year old daughter from a noisy cheap hotel down the street. Most descent hotels were fully booked. We were lucky to have reserved 3 nights the very same day of checking in. The hotel is magnificent. The buffet is a must. Skip the dim sum as it is pricey and average. The pool would have been great if heated. […] It doesn't get much sun exposure. The rooms are comfy and beautiful. We had an ocean view. Do order room sevice as it is the most affordable I've had compare to the US. The only flaw is the computer codes. The give you a complimentary 45mnts. code to use for their computers. I had to run up and down the stairs and elevators because the codes often didn't work. They now have a private section on the beach. It's perfect and away from the crowds. I love that they assist you on crossing the streets to avoid playing Froggy. Most 5 Stars hotels in US would cost double and more. Ligger lite off, man måste gå ca 10 - 15 min till "stadens centrum". Fantastisk service och otroligt god mat. Polen är ett minus då det blåser ständigt och det är sällan sol. Lita inte på deras brochyrer då dessa behöver uppdateras. Helheten var bra, skulle dock inte bo här igen.
