It was quiet and we stayed in a room close to the elevator. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

I was not happy with this hotel,as it was not at the level for what I have stayed at for other Four Points hotels. I was disappointed with the size of the room,as we could not walk by each other at the end of the beds,as well as..one of the queen beds was worn out,and we rolled to the middle of it while trying to sleep. Also,the bathroom was so small,that […] we could not be in it together,as well as we had to warn each other that we were coming in,or we would hit each other with the door! Also..hallway noise,as well as noise from room guests above us,annoyed us immensely. The room was always made up clean each day though..so,that was a plus..but not enough for us to want to go back here again. Disappointing...for this supposedly being a Sheraton hotel. Читати далі

It is an OK place to stay, but you may find somewhere nicer with the same price if you plan your trip earlier. Me and my girl friend booked a room with a King size bed through Expedia but ended up with 2 Queen size beds. The staff at the front desk did not point that out when we checked in. When we went back ask after check-in, they explained they ran […] out of rooms with King size bed and the room they gave us is an upgraded one. They emphasized a few times our room is more expensive than what we paid for. Speechless!! LOL! We did find some hairs and stains in bed, but overall the cleanness is OK. Bathroom is small and water pressure is low as some people mentioned before. House keeping staff are a little noisy if you like sleeping in. Food in the restaurant is OK but a bit pricy. Читати далі

First stay at this hotel...and I was satisfied. If you are a member of their rewards club you have the option to not have your room cleaned daily and collect an extra 250 points for each day you opt out of housekeeping services, which is great. The air conditioner was so loud that it couldn't be left on overnight and yet without it, the room quickly heated up to a very uncomfortably warm temperature.

The room was wonderful! The bed was not the most comfortable, but the pillows were good and the bedding was clean. The bathroom was no updated, but again, it was spotless. Will stay there again.

clean, modern, food on site. Love the speakman shower heads. Didn't use any of the other amenities. In room AC was a bit loud.

Hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment. We have stayed here on several occasions and have always had great experiences.

Great service people. It was a really nice hotel, though no 5-star. Had everything I wanted and was close to where I had to work that weekend. Poor and exercise area were small, but get the job done.

Checked into my room and checked out in an hour. It was 33 degrees in the room and the air conditioner was not working. One of the two phones in the room was not working. Got so frustrated that I left the hotel!! Not recommended.

The room was a good size and comfortable but there was no mini fridge so we couldn't keep things for my son cool like bottles and what not. The pool was small and very cold so that wasn't much fun for my little guy either and the room service was just ok.

The hotel has recently been renovated. The only problem with the hotel is its location, it is kind of in an area of the city where you don't normally go.

First time we stayed here it was amazing. Second time not so great. Had mold in our first room. Then got moved to a down graded room:(

This hotel is going thought a remodel. The common areas and exterior are the first to be updated. They are making huge improvements on the property. Staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean but was in need of an update. When the remodel is done this will be a very nice location. Right now it is ok for the money.

Hotel staff were prompt and courteous, our room was clean and very well-maintained, Our only issue was the pool area- the pool temperature was FREEZING, and the pool and deck area was filthy. My family decided against going in after seeing the lack of cleanliness, plus feeling the cold temperature. A lovely hotel, except for the pool.

We've stayed in this hotel many times and always been pleased with the service. It is an older hotel but very well kept and being modernized.

We had the standard with 2 queen beds, the room was big, the bathroom was small but functional, it had a fridge but no microwave and the bed and pillows were super comfy! We chose that hotel because of the pool advertised but here is where it gets a big fat ZERO...it was small and the water cold, the kids couldn't stand it for more than 5 min and the […] steam room stunk as if something had died in it. This is a very nice hotel. not near a lot of things but still a nice hotel. i gave maintenance a 3 because it is looking old and tired but they are in the process of rectifying things.

For the rate they are charging, definitely not recommended. We had flies and other bugs on our window siles (in late December)! We have stayed here in the past many times, but we will not be going back, until we know all the renovations are complete.

The hotel is in a covenient location. Close to south common shopping, restaurants, theatre for movies and casino. Staff very friendly. Clean and very comfortable. Great weekend getaway. Some luxury at reasonable rate.

Hotel under renos which they advised up front. No problem. I was only there for one night so a room on the first floor next to the elevator I'm thinking might not be that big a deal as I am a heavy sleeper. Right in front of the door to my room there was some sort of construction equipment partially blocking the entrance. I can get around it, again […] not that big a deal although you'd think they might be more concious to try and leave that stuff out of the way of guests. Get in the room and it looks pretty clean at first glance. In the bathroom underneath the soap that was in the soap tray was a long black hair. OK now its starts to add up from here. After washing my hands and face I reach for a towel and I notice some sort of stain resembling a pink lipstick color. I reach for the second towel and inspect it more closely. It looks like maybe it was used for a floor rag as it had dirt stains on it. Every towel and face cloth had something on it. On the bathroom floor next to the tub, more hair. At this point I haven't even been in the room for five minutes. I didn't have supper yet so decided to go to the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all; only two other patrons at the same table. Once seated it was only a few more minutes till a server came over with the menu and took my drink order. After the dirty bathroom experience I am a little paranoid now. I held up both empty water glasses to the light and they looked like they wern't washed properly and hand hand prints all over them. I blame my mom a little for this cause as kids she drilled it into us that you should always handle the glass by the base, where people don't put their lips. Thats why I ordered bottled beer and declined to have my water glass filled. There was a couple private rooms at the back that had people in them. The server walked by several times without my drink. 5 minutes passed and another server came by to take my drink order which I advise had already been taken by the other server.
