Food ( breakfast) was average. Room was ok, nothing to rave about. Quality of service was average.

Everything in this hotel is good except for one thing. It is mostly a business hotel and it's not cheap, so it was a big surprise to discover that the internet is not included in the fare, it is pricey, cannot be shared between different devices in the same room, and what is worse is extremely slow and at times it does not work at all. hotel is not a 5 * the staff is not courtious there was no smile on their face the managers should stay in taj hotels for a night & see their services i from my experience wont recommend anybody this hotel compare to the tariff it was not worth

"Excellent"
The service was excellent....i would definetely stay again. The breakfast buffet was out of the world.The pool staff were FANTASTIC!!!!! The only thing was had asked for a kingsize bed when i made the resevations which they did not give us. Prego food was great.

"Good but a bit expensive."
A good hotel with nice service and helpfulness. The price of rooms are a bit high for leisure, e.g. the hotel also extra charge for the second person in a bobblerom. But this is Mumbai, India, the city of all kind of big contrasts.
"Great hotel, far away from downtown"
Very nice hotel, its new. Too far away from Bombay, specially with the traffic situation of that city. Took me 2 hours from downtown to the hotel.

The Westin Mumbai Garden City is a wonderful hotel with super service and nice restaurants, pool, spa and fitness areas. It is very conveniently located to NESC/Bombay Exhibition Centre, but if you need to access anything south towards the City, it is too far out. "Gorgeous hotel if only a bit closer to the centre."
Beautiful hotel in fantastic garden setting. Really decorated beautifully in natural colours, textures and fibres (marble, water fountains and woods). Bedrooms were gorgeously decorated, lovely bathroom and toiletries. Clean and luxurious! The bed linen was so soft and one just sunk in after a long day out in busy Mumbai. Loved the mod cons in the rooms […] and the on site spa, business centre etc However because it is located close to one of the major roads, when travelling there is too much traffic to negotiate going to and from the hotel. The Oberoi Mall next to the hotel was fantastic for shopping and the food court is a must. So choice for food is wide. The Check in process was inefficient - did not have the room I specified in advance ready and some of the reception staff were not friendly. The male staff were more professional on reception and very efficient in dealing with concerns. They understood the concept of customer service. Otherwise rest of the staff, especially at breakfast were amazing and friendly. Housekeeping were brilliant as you never knew when they came in and cleaned the room. Lovely hotel, enjoyed 80% of my stay there - if only it was closer to the centre of Delhi and south of the International Airport area. The Westin was fantastic, and a welcome relief after two very difficult nights at another Mumbai hotel. The room was large, incredibly comfortable, superbly clean and kitted out with all the little extras to make a business trip much easier and more enjoyable. "뭄바이공항 근처의 호텔"
호텔은 매우 등급에 맞게 고급스럽고 편함. 룸안에도 깨끗하고 럭셔리함. 그러나 위치가 좀 좋지 않음. 공항에서 약 10분 정도 거리에 있고, 근방에 쇼핑몰 외에 약간 놀거리 및 편의시설이 부족... 시설하나만으로는 최고라고 생각함.

parfait pour presque tout, à un prix dérisoire par rapport à la qualité, des chambres haut de gamme, de 40m2, sauf la situation un peu éloignée du centre historique ( une vingtaine de km) mais , vu la taille de la mégapole de Bombay, tout est loin ... les taxis sont a, mais attention ne prenez que des taxis avec compteur, les autres vous arnaquent

"The westin Mumbai Garden city perfecto"
El hotel es super comodo, todo está perfecamente limpio, la comida que ofrecen en los restaurantes es buenisima especialmente los desayunos en el piso 18... todo el personal es de lo mas amable que podrás encontrar nunca. Ademas la decoración del hotel es muy bonita.
