The people there could not have been nicer and the breakfast was fantastic. The only problem was that it was a distance from the airport & was advertised as an airport hotel.

staff very nice, food was excellent, large room, warm water when showering, offer juice, coffee and water when you arrive, staff carries your luggage, recommend all tourists to stay at Costa Real Suites

An oasis surrounded by less than a pristine neighborhood. Close to the crowded pebble beach, not so far from the town center of Caribe, and about an hour bus ride to Caracas. Run by a warm and hospitable family, this is a place for relaxing by the pool or feeding your family in the suite kitchen.

Peaceful, quiet, secluded area. The area is in development (lots of construction), but they do not start too early, and the rooms are quiet. Great food (try the arepas!) and great staff! Close to the beaches and cheap public transportation, but very difficult to get to from the airport because all of the taxi drivers want to go to Caracas (the other […] direction) and there are evening traffic jams that extend the length of the taxi ride to about 45 minutes (compared to 20 minutes in good traffic). IMPORTANT: Everything will be extremely expensive in Venezuela if you take money from automatic tellers or banks, accepting the official exchange rate. The official rate was 4.3 bolívares per dollar (Dec 2012), but the black market dollar was going for about 15 or 16. Take lots of dollars and exchange your money with individuals in the airport who need dollars. Do not take less than about 4 times the official rate. I got 15 from the first guy who approached me. For example, instead of paying almost $40 (official rate) for a nice spaghetti dinner and excellent strawberry smoothie in a nice ocean-front restaurant, I paid the equivalent of about $10. I spent an evening and a day in the beach cities and spent about $80, which included transportation (taxis and buses) and food. I was generous with tips. Читати далі

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stopover between a holiday in Curacao and returning home to London. It was advertised as 'close to the airport' and we chose it for this and the aiprort shuttle service (which comes at a cost). It is 19 kms from the airport and whilst the arrival journey was ok, getting back to the airport the following afternoon […] was a nightmare due to traffic. The hotel is quite an nice building but surrounded by a rundown, derelict area (like many parts or Caracas). The room was comfortable, with quite good facilities, but the quality was quite poor (by European standards). Main complaints were that, at one point, the water supply to the shower and basin disappeared (hot and cold), there were no hangers in the wardrobe and one of the bedside lights didn't work. Coffee making facilities were provided but with no milk or cream. However, although we arrived very late (around 9.30 PM), we received a nice welcome and complimentary drinks from the staff and were allowed to check out at 2 PM, rather than the stated time of 11.30 AM, which was nice. If you are planning to stay in the hotel all your stay, is a good place. Big rooms (they even have an hamaca inside), nice pool but, there is no place to get anything to eat and if you want breakfast, lunch or dinner you need to tell them at least one hour before so they can prepare it for you. No vendor machines where to get a soft drink or a bag of […] chips and the worst part, there is no store around the hotel. Walking distance from the beach but the road is, smelly and trashy. If you do not have a car, you must depend on taxis. At night is noise, people drink and party on the street. My room was really a suite complete with a living room with couches and a hammock and a little kitchen area and a separate bedroom. There were three television channels with shows in English. Nice touches all over the hotel - from decorations, lighted pool side lounge area, comfortable pillows to little bows on the toilet paper. Very well up keep on […] the rooms, lounge area and dining area - look new and designed for comfort. The hotel has a very warm, friendly and family atmosphere. Recommend for romantic couples and families. I stayed 12 nights. A perfectly suitable beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The taxi ride from the airport was about $180 BsF (about $40 US). There is a little area (about $20 BsF - $5 US one-way) called Caribe which has a decent sized grocery store, a little shopping mall, restaurants and banks. One word about getting cash in Venezuela. I have a Canadian VISA bank card that would not work in any of the ATM machines in the four banks that are in the Caribe area despite advertisements of the PLUS sign. Also, there is a limit on the amount of BsF available per day - I am told around $500. I was stuck for cash and the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help me, for which I am extremely grateful. And they would not take anything in return except the return of good will. Very personalized service. It was a little too far from the airport, so the taxi ride was a bit expensive, but if you're staying for a couple of days, it's a nice place. I was told not to venture out into the neighborhood, so that was a definite downer. But, inside, I felt very safe and well-taken care of. Great breakfast included.

Because I love the sea I truly appreciated that each room of hotel is with a view of the sea which is really amazing and strongly appreciated especially pointing that many hotels are requeiring to pay some extra fee for a view to the sea.

Cheguei na Venezuela logo após as eleoçoes presidenciais de 2013, momento político muito conturbado, delicado e tenso. Os funcionários do hotel foram altamente receptivos e acolhedores. Eu e meu marido sentimo-nos seguro. O jantar servido foi o melhor depois de 15 dias viajando.

Muy segura y tranquila. Pude disfrutar una noche con mucha paz y tranquilidad. El desayuno estuvo esplendido. El vehículo estacionado en un lugar seguro. Valió la pena el gasto. Después que uno conoce la ubicación es muy accesible. La limpieza en todo momento impecable. La atención del personal fue muy amable.

Quiero hace notar que lo ofrecido en la venta no me lo consedieron, explico mejor cuando compre el paquete decia alojamiento en el hotel Costa Real Suites, traslado aeropuerto hotel y hotel aeropuerto y desayuno incluido, pues bien el traslado es toda una farsa, me buscaron en el aeropuerto porque llame dias previos, pero el señor de casa tropical que […] me atendio me dijo que no estaba incluido la llevada del hotel al aeropuerto, es decir, que pague por nada, con respecto al desayuno, al despertarme a las 6:00 am , todoel personal del hotel dormia, por ende el desayuno estuvo pesimo. El hotel está situado en medio de un vertedero de basura y chavolas deprimentes. El olor a suciedad del entorno era insoportable y las playas más cercanas un vertedero de basura además de tremendamente inseguras por la frecuencia de robos.

Le Costa Real est un hôtel d'escale, passer un long séjour dans cet hôtel doit être désagréable faute de son emplacement, il n'y a absolument RIEN autour, ni commerce, ni restaurant et une plage (pas tout à fait à côté) dangeureuse de nuit!!! Minha estadia foi muito boa, pois os quarto e as dependências do hotel são bem cuidados. Além disso, os funcionários nos trataram muito bem. Somente os arredores do hotel não são muito bonitos, mas pedindo para o taxista deixar na porta do hotel não haverá problema. Cerca de 30 minutos do aeroporto internacional de Caracas....

Deu para descansar um pouquinho. O pessoal é receptivo e hospitaleiro, mas o atendimento é muito caseiro, nada profissional. O hotel fica um pouco distante do aeroporto, por isso compramos o pacote de diária, com café da manhã e transfer, porque Caracas é uma cidade perigosa. 地球の歩き方「空港の近くにあるホテル」で紹介されているリゾートホテル。オーナーと思われる人物をはじめ従業員はみな気さくで親切である。ただし空港からはオフィシャルタクシーでも２００ボリバル以上かかる遠い場所にあるので注意。

Estuve demasiado poco tiempo tiempo en el hotel puesto que llegué a las 23:00 (estuvimos como cosa de hora y media buscando el hotel en taxi puesto que no esta señalizado y la localizacion no es facil), pero una vez alli, debo decir que el hotel es muy bonito y que las habitaciones estan muy bien y el servicio es bastante cordial.

Bem atendidos. Faltou o hotel ter um site onde descrevesse sua localização em relação ao porto La Guaira(fica 20minutos depois do Porto) e ao aeroporto Maiquetia(fica 40 minutos após o aeroporto).
