I arrived in Istanbul at the Klas Hotel... expecting it to be more of a boutique cozy type hotel.... which it does provide, but unfortunately the rooms are really tiny and there is a huge problem with the air conditioning maintenance. We were there in the month of November and coming from Canada it was not that cold in Istanbul, but the room temperature […] was on heating and since the size of the room was literally smaller than a studio apartment, the room became a furnace with the heating blasted. When asked the hotel staff to control it, they could not do anything about it except shut it off. However, shutting it off did not do much justice either as there was no air in the room even if you open the windows as the window was facing to the back end of the hotel but within the hotel. I would grade this hotel to be less than even a 4 star. Apart from the room, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as due to jet lag we were not able to sleep and looking for food, the staff was able to arrange a midnight snack even though they dont have room service 24 hours. But unfortunately the condition of the hotel and the noise and the rooms did not cover up for the friendliness of the staff. Читати далі

Hotel is clean, but if you have to spent yout time at the hotel you must know that most of the rooms are with no outside look and makes you feel spaceless and boring.

This hotel is certainly a very good option. Rooms are nice and modern. Shower is a little small. Very nice location. A bit crowded when we were there, but staff had everything under control. If you want to have a nice midrange hotel, this is certainly one of them...

Location: very easy to get to a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, the surrounding area is fine and although it has bars, restaurants and clubs near buy there was no problems with noise, 10 min walk to Grand Bazaar Hotel: Clean and nicely set up, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms however were small and not a lot of either storage […] space or anywhere to really even put you toiletries, breakfast was the same everyday and not that great Overall: the hotel is more 3 than 4 star, they are trying to do more and make it more but they havent got the finese to make it really 4 star, it depends what you are looking for in a hotel, at it's price and if a hotel for you is somewhere to drop off your stuff and sleep at night, this hotel is perfect, if you want more if the finer things that it isn't but will still do, but you wouldn't get at at this price range. Klas is just outside the old part of Istanbul and is pretty much the perfect spot for sightseeing. it is also right beside the Grand Bazaar and a few of the grander tourist Hamams. It's away from the bright lights and chaos of Taksim Square and that's a good thing. Breakfast is your average continental buffet. The rooms are well kitted out and clean […] (western hotel style) - and the shower was a particular treat. The walls between rooms are thin and we were disturbed many times by our neighbours music and tv, but I guess that's standard in most hotels. Either way, I'd definitely reccommend Klas to friends. Bra service, fräscha rum, nära till Sultanahmet. Rakt genom ett mkt prisvärt hotell!

Det var okay hotel. Der var stort set det jeg havde behov for. Der manglede dog nogle knager til håndklæder inde ved toilettet - og en skraldespand på værelset. Derudover var der tegn på vandskader på tapetet - og gulvtæppet kunne måske godt trænge til at blive renset.

L'accueil et le buffet matinal sont très agréables. En moins de 10min en taxi, on arrive à La mosquée bleue et Sainte-Sophie. Le grand Bazar on y va a pieds. Les boutiques aux alentours de l'hôtel sont bon marché même si l'apparence fait croire qu'ils sont coûteux.

Et meget godt hotel til pengene. Meget venligt personale, super beliggenhed, udmærket værelse med internet og udmærket morgenmadsbuffet. Kan absolut anbefales - og til prisen helt enestående!

The hotel is very centrally located, easy access to tram and metro and within walking distance from major sights. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly but when you wanted to know about airport transportation the only advice was to use their own expensive airport taxi, no help when asking about public tranportation. It's easy and cheap to use the metro […] from Akseray metrostation, the cost is minimal compared to the hotel taxi, and the metroline goes directly to Atatûrk Airport in 30 minutes. Читати далі

Ottimo hotel , grandi stanze , colazione abbondante , posizione al centro di istanbul con piscina sul tetto ! insomma ci ritornero'.

l'hotel est tres propre dans un quartier tres "hoteliers" l'equipe" de la reception est tres souriante, et le bar sur la terrasse avec la piscine est magique, mais bon, on vient pas a istanbul pour passer du temps dans la piscine de l'hotel.

très bon hôtel. Proche de tous les sites touristiques. personnel très serviable. petite piscine mais mieux que rien pour les enfants. petit bémol : trop peu d'ascenseur. on doit attendre des heures ou aller à pied. Super avec les valises

Pænt og rent hotel med en rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Svimmingpool området er noget af det bedste. Nyistandsat og slet ikke som på billederne. Værelserne er små, men hyggelige. Det eneste negative er nok deres senge. Madressen og tæpperne er meget ru. Så meget, at jeg brugte lagnet som dyne. Ellers et meget tilfredsstillende hotel til prisen og

Ganske udmærket hotel. Morgenbuffeten er ikke noget at prale af, men der er til gengæld masser af lækker frugt til. Værelserne er ikke som beskrevet på hjemmesiden. Der er i modsætning til beskrivelsen IKKE: pejs, altan/balkon, tøfler, justerbar comfortmadras. Ikke alle værelser har vindue ud af bygningen. Vores havde vindue ind til en lukket opgang […] i hotellets midte. Receptionspersonalet taler ikke/kun meget lidt engelsk og det var stort set umuligt at ommunikere med dem. Da vi påpegede manglerne på hotellets værelse i forhold til beskrivelsen til hotellets ledelse, blev vi spist af med en meget uhøflig besked om, at det var vores eget problem og vi måtte ringe til bookingfirmaet. -for egen regning. Beliggenheden er til gengæld i top. Kvarteret er roligt. Der er masser af restauranter og cafeer til fornuftig pris og man kan til fods komme til den nærmeste sporvogn på 5 minutter og til fods til centrum (paladset og de store moskeer) på 25 miutter. Den store bazaar ligger 15 minutters gang fra hotellet. Der er en rigtig lækker terrasse med pool på taget. Alt i alt et godt hotel. Men forvent ikke det, der står på hotellets egen hjemmeside. Värd pengarn mycket bra service och ren både i rum och allmänt.

Flott hotell med kjempe trivelige ansatte, veldig hjelpsomme og i godt humør. Veldig bra romservice. Førsteklasses frokost. Hadde det ikke vært for gravearbeidet utenfor, som de er ferdig med om noen dager, så hadde alt vært HELT perfekt. Så med andre ord, Hotellet kan anbefales på det sterkeste! Hotel i særklasse, bedre enn dette blir det neppe!

nous sommes arrivés tard et notre chambre etait prete nous avons passé la premiere nuit dans une chambre mal isolée nous avons eu froid et avons été reveillé par les bruits de la rue. jai demandé une nouvelle chambre le lendemain, le soir en rentrant jai trouvé une fuite d'eau ds la salle de bain qui provenait du plafon. jai a nouveau changé de chambre […] celle ci etait tres chaude et la douche minuscule. je suis resté dans celle ci car jen avais mare de changer. un ami n'a pas eu de probleme ds sa chambre ! chacun sa chance. Hotellin ravintolassa oli hyvin toimiva ja ystävällinen palvelu. Aamiaisbuffet oli hyvä, samoin yhtenä iltana syömämme päivällinen(dinner).

Mycket bra läge i gamla delen av Istanbul, gångavstånd till ett flertal sevärdheter. Hotellet var fräscht och rent, rummen små men topprenoverade. Dessutom finns det en liten pool och soldäck på taket med minibar som vid soliga dagar kan vara trevligt att utnyttja. Frukosten var också helt ok. otroligt sköna sängar och stora och bra delux rum,bra frukost. Hyggligt läge med promenadavstånd till bazaren och nära till spårvagnen.Trevlig personal.

De hade innan gjort reklam for pool på taket. Denna var stängd pga reparation. De flesta av gästerna var ryska damer i 50 årsåldern som använde samma mängd parfym per dag som andra kan klara sig med i minst 1 år !
