King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

"Great place for the price"
This was my first time to LA, but I stayed in 2 hotels the Wilshire Crest and a luxury hotel in Torrence. The Wilshire Crest was actually much nicer and the staff was amazing. "Good value for money near West Hollywood sites."

"Beware of parking"
I arrived on a Sunday night and found that there is no parking lot for this hotel. You have to park on the street but Mondays and Tuesdays are restricted due to street sweeping. "Wow! What a great place!"
After reading reviews on Yelp about the front desk person being rude, I am guessing that they made a change in staffing since we thought that they were very nice and accommodating! My wife and I decided a week before we stayed to take a surprise trip to CA for our daughter and take her American Girl Doll shop at The Groves in LA. We stumbled upon this […] hidden gem and we will stay there again when we visit that area again! Now what is true that I have read is that parking is difficult to find since it is street only parking. The neighborhood is quaint and unique since the hotel sits in a residential area. The hotel location was as close to perfect for what we wanted to do. The Groves is a few short blocks away (that place is amazing too! Since it is a boutique hotel, it is older therefore the floors and stairs do creak quite a bit however was no where near a deal breaker. We stayed in a room with two full size beds on the 2nd floor. One of the beds was comfortable and the 2nd one was like sleeping on a back of large, wide animal...not too comfortable. The daily continential breakfast was average but in a nice cozy area of the hotel. Located 20 minutes away from Santa Monica pier was a nice drive to see other parts of LA on the way. Once you become familiar with the area, there are plenty of shops and cafes located a short driving distance away. The cost is very reasonable when we stayed compared to other big name hotels. The hotel is on a really safe and quiet street. It's close to Beverly Centre and about 5-10 minutes drive to Hollywood attractions. Friendly staff and they even didn't take the tips I left! "Horrible customer service"
This is my first review. I work in customer service so I try to not take surveys because I know how it feels. But my recent stay here was horrible. The front desk receptionist did not say hello or any thank yous. He wore glasses and is an older guy. He has no manners whatsoever. Breakfast was disgusting and not worth it. OK so it's small, no liveried concierge, no restaurant etc. But who cares with such friendly staff and when there's an abundance of (healthy, kosher) continental breakfast in the simple breakfast room! I knew a night in LA would be expensive. So I was happy to find this little "gem" of a spot. Location was ideal for my business meeting and the cost was about half of the other recommended properties. On a budget, I made the reservation. "Charming, Quiet, Comfortable"
Charming older hotel in excellent location in Miracle Mile, within walking distance to LA County Museum of Art and others. Quiet, comfortable room; we had no difficulty parking right in front of the hotel with our parking permit. Broken faucets in one sink, broken coffee pot, and difficult closet doors detracted from an otherwise nice experience. Some […] routine maintenance would go a long way toward making this small hotel a five-star experience for travelers worn out by large, indifferent venues. We were disappointed to find Wilshire Blvd. in that area more rundown than we expected, although the museums in the next block more than made up for that sense of desertion. "Comfortable small hotel; nice service"
The hotel was good and good for the money based on prices I have paid for other hotels (chain) in the area - and of course more upscale ones that I have not found available for this price. It had everything I needed for the one night that I booked. The remote features for the TV did not all work and the walls were thin. A potential big problem for me. "A great place to stay in LA"
I recently stayed 4 nights at the Wilshire Crest. Location worked well, it's on the Hop On, Hop off bus route, trips to downtown and Santa Monica weren't too bad, overall as good a location you can get in Los Angeles. Bed was very good. Bathroom was ok, but the shower controls were very difficult, and you either got very hot, very mild or cold, and […] not a lot in between. There was also a bar fridge. "Perfect for a quick trip!"

Loved it. The hotel was charming, clean, and comfortable with very nice front area and continental breakfast. Only drawback was we had to get a hair dryer from the front desk as none were in the room. Besides that, the room had every important amenity and really comfortable double beds.
