Econo Lodge Sharonville - Цинциннаті

This is not a fancy hotel with all the trimmings; however, the hotel could use an upgrade. I will not rule out staying again. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. It served my purpose, and that's all one can ask for.

Because of an unanticipated housing crisis out of my control, I needed an inexpensive (really cheap), pet friendly, hotel close to Cincinnati. I got a Great Deal from Hotel.com. However, from the moment I walked in the room; I knew it was going to be an experience. 1.) The room was filthy and 2 of the three lights fixtures had problems. I called the […] front desk and asked for light bulbs and a vacuums. She said it would be an hour. I asked for another room, and she sent someone immediately. The maintenance/manager had to pull out the bed and behind it was a pile of garbage - he was ignoring it so I collected it and had to ask him to take it when he left. (I then cleaned the varied stains off the walls, the ashes off the broken furnishings and the spider webs from the ceilings). 2.) The electronic key consistently did not work and every time I would leave my room I'd be locked out. I went to the front desk several times daily to ask for assistance and on the third day they cleaned the lock with rubbing alcohol. It still did not work and I would stand in front of my room swiping over and over until I got lucky and my door would unlock. To add insult to injury, the manager repeatedly implied that I was using the swipe card incorrectly - and even as he stood before me and watched me follow his suggestions to the letter; he would not acknowledge that the electronic key pad was in need of repair. 3) I found all the materials left by the prior heroin user in the drawers and cabinets. This included, a burnt spoon, cotton materials, etc. Tobacco products and other garbage was also left in drawers, behind the mini-reridgerator and under the bed & dresser. 4). The air conditioner barely worked. The windows did not open and so the room was humid and musty. 5). There was no chain or secondary lock on the inside of the room. The rooms where clean. The beds where very nice we had 3 good nights of sleep. The A/C was very nice with how hot it was outside. Everyone was so nice and very helpful we had a wonderful stay and will stay there agean. The outside was ruff but they was redoing it and it will be done soon. so it will look very nice outside also. The hotel looked a little "dumpy" for the area, but it was clean and close to the interstate. There were also many other nice business close by.

spider webs everywhere, dead flies in all the light fixtures. Computer was broken. Pillows are like rocks. Send your enemies here for tourture.

Shower was disgusting not even white bath tub it was black floor.. bed was held up by lil wood blocks.. when you got to the front desk to check in try to hold your breath the cologne smell is over whelming.. The a/c didnt work real well.. would not stay there again..

The rooms were dirty. The service was poor. Continental breakfast was a joke. The room was not made for our second day stay(reason given the room service people are new)

The room was clean but very bare. Even though it had a king size bed, it was like sleeping on wood. I asked for non-smoking but got stuck with smoking. Wifi didn't work. No answer when I called the front desk at 10:30 pm. Contiental breakfast was stale donuts, toast, coffee, and juice.

I should have realized that the original price with a line through it was not a "limited" or "special" offer. Checked in, looked at the room, drove down the highway to another hotel. Didn't even try to get my money back. Old is one thing; filthy is another.

Clean, basic hotel room with microwave and small refrigerator, very friendly employees, very convienient location. Everything one needs is nearby. Good hotel for the price. I've staid here twice and would stay again. I prefer a little more room with maybe a comfortable recliner, but with hi speed wi-fi in your room, and a great price, I'm certainly […] not complaining. I've stayed at another hotel nearby, livinn suites, who has a little bit larger room with a recliner, and a better breakfast, but the wi-fi there did not work very well and it was more expensive to stay there. So depending on what is important to YOU, would make the decision. I'll give up the "little bit better" breakfast and recliner to have to pay less expense for the Econolodge, which has many restaruants very near-by and wi-fi that never kicked me out. Читати далі
