We enjoyed our stay at the W very much. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is wonderfully furnished and so new! The food is delicious. The seperate eating areas for hotel guests and villa guests is confusing? The prizes for food obviously rate up there with Sydney pricing. Enjoyed the pools, although sun lounges get packed quickly. The pool is also warmer and more shallow than I would have thought! The W hotel was wonderful. Excellent all round. I have tried other 5 start hotel in bali that don't even come close to the W

great location close to nice restaurants, great facilities, good services...as the other review stated, if you stay in villa, go to fire for breakfast since the food variety is much better than starfish bloo.

Nice location, nice building & facilities with very good service

W Retreat & Spa is an amazing hotel!!! The staff here are very attentive & friendly! The view we had was to die for!! The pool was just fantastic! Highly recommended & I will definately be back!

This is out of the world resort from 7 am walking on the beach great gym fantastic bfast all the resort facility's I can't fault this hotel this is our 4 th time . The sunset and woo bar is fab and all the colours of lighting that hotel has when twilight arrives makes it magical .

Excellent service....they sent us a delicious birthday cake for my son's birthday. I stayed at the villa which is very good and clean. I have also tried their poolside massage that is so good and relax. The swimming pool is very good. We all had a great time there. We will be back and recommend to friends for sure.

We stayed in a villa. Everything down to the last detail had been carefully thought of which made the stay very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Location is very convenient Food is rather expensive, if the weather is nice choose to dine outside as there ar plenty of choices available Pool is great! We stayed on the 5th floor and had an amazingly big room with beautiful views over the swimming pool and the sea. The breakfast is an amzing mix of food and all delicious.

I would highly recommend! Hotel and service were excellent... Only negative is beach was a little dirty....

All I can say is: MAGNIFICO!

Pros: Great friendly service, nice large rooms, art deco modern style structure Cons: Just like every other Sheraton Hotel. Crowd was average tourist, not a South Beach cool crowd. Beach and water are awful, big sign at hotel "NO SWIMMING ON BEACH ALLOWED". Don't go for a beautiful beach and clear blue water experience. This isn't the beach. Hotel […] is far from town, not walking distance. Getting a taxi is sometimes a hassle as the hotel is about half mile from the main road. When its busy guests cue up for taxis. The hotel is fortress like with heavy security checking cars and guests go through metal detectors so its not very enjoyable to leave the hotel and return. Food is just average. Breakfast is very expensive. It looks nice but taste is very average. The pool is nice but has hot tubs etc. As well the spa is priced about 5 times higher than one would pay for the same spa services at one of the many outstanding spas in town for the same services. Spa has nothing but a locker room, no steam, not soaking or jacuzzi tubs. Gym is ok but not great as well. Bali has some of the most amazing hotels in the world priced about the same or less than the W. This place is a glorified Sheraton hotel pretending to be hip. However the crowd is average tourist, not really hip at all. Again, the staff could not be any nicer or better trained however. Don't be suckered by the "W" brand name. You pay a lot and get little in exchange, no charming surroundings. I travel and stay at 5 star hotels more than 250 days per year as Im a film director and travel for work. I usually spend lots on hotels and am happy to do so for quality. Anyone who travels as far as Bali I think would be looking for the Balinese experience. I always liked W hotels and had read previous reviews about the W hotel Seminyak about how excellent it was. I can confirm all the rumours are true!.. the staff was excellent and very helpful, instant room upgrade making my stay there special. Bikes and gym are readily available 24/7. Food is slightly expensive for Bali standards but cant complain as […] you are staying at one of the newest hotels in Seminyak! There are loads of good eateries around which are more reasonable. I went to Sip (French) alot as they did stunning food. I totally recommend the W Seminyak to everyone as they cater for the sporty, the beach bums, families etc etc etc!!! Читати далі

i booked a one pool villa for 4 nights and was completely disappointed. our pool was really tiny and dirty, air-conditioning system was just next to our bed and it was way to noisy we had to ask for a room change. the management was extremely nice though they got us another room immediately so i would give them a little credit there. breakfast provided […] for the villas at the starfish bloo was supposed to be better than the one provided for rooms but it was just completely non-edible. i would highly recommend everyone to have breakfast at the fire as there are so much more choices and less flies hovering around. Lovely hotel, the room also nice n neat.

If you're after a comfortable hotel w all the hip elements you can't go past W hotel in Seminyak. We stayed in a basic room and it was huge w all the best amenities. The poolside, gym, spa and Woobar are fantastic, not to mention world-class concierge to fill in all those extra questions you might have. This trip we stayed there and then moved to a […] villa w own pool and we think we would just stick w the standard hotel room close to the action in future. The W has already sent offers to us for upgrades on our next stay and I would consider this for sure. Only criticism is we missed the trad bali and did a run up to Ubud for more culture- a closer dose would be the sunset wayan dancers at the Oberoi- get concierge to check what night it's on. I booked an ocean view room but when we were taken to our room it overlooked a building site and there was a little bit of blue in the far distance. This was on the 4th floor so the rooms below would have looked directly onto the site. It is very ugly. The hotel did eventually put us in a "ocean front room" but after much haggling.

Staff were very professional, always willing to help. Decor is amazing, we spent a couple of hours just checking the place out. Comfy beds and they have thought of everything, all we had to do was show up! Unfortunately our Rain Shower didn't work very well but they were very apologetic when we checked out. Wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. It was initially difficult for the taxi to locate as it has a narrow entrance way. The kids enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel was a little sticky with their breakfast policy on kids though. But overall a great experience.

I booked this hotel at the end of our trip to Bali for my 50th birthday it did look beautiful in the broucher. My partener and i were very dissapointed. from the moment we arrived the service was hopeless. We waited for ages to be checked in and escorted to our room. My partener had arranged flowers for me on arrival in the room and they came much later. […] Also arranged a cake for my birhday which did not come at all ,he had rung up about two weeks at aheadto organise this as a surprise. After finally getting in to our room we went for dinner we then waited about 45 mins before any one came to even ask us if we wanted a drink my partener then got them himself,, Following that the meal service was worse we waited again about 45 mins before anyone even came to give us a menu, the service was terrible but the meals were quite expensive. The food also was dissapointing. After we had finished we waited for ages for the bill no one came , at the end we got up and walked out then they came running to us. Our stay their was very dissapointing especially as it was for a special occasion. The room was nice but the service was terrible. We had a wonderful time. This hotel is so beautifully designed. The room manages to be achingly stylish yet supremely comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly without being in your face. Hotel breakfast wa superb. Location by the sea is unbeatable and the view form the ocean facing rooms must be seen to be believed. We will be back!

W酒店环境设施地理位置都绝佳，酒店走出来就是商业街，有卖东西的小店、小超市、餐厅、spa、酒吧，打车去水明漾也很近。这里小店的主人据说都是老外，所以商品质量普遍比乌布要好，当然价格也会高一些。没事儿可以出来转转吃东西、喝酒都很方便。酒店自己的餐厅设施当然也非常好，这里就不多说了。

Vilket hotell! Allt - inredningen, maten, drinkar, rummen, servicen, poolen... Allt var riktigt riktigt bra! Och personalen är helt fantastiskt. Kunde inte bli bättre!

W hotellet er ikke i stil med den almene Bali stil. Hvilket kan være virkelig rart hvis man har været på Bali i en periode og har brug for at det hele bare fungere, er rent og lækkert. Det er helt op til humør, men W hotellet er virkelig lækkert og i moderne stil, med super service. Dejligt med et ordentligt trænings center, når man har været vandt […] til det modsatte i lang tids rejse på Bali. Priserne er dog heller ikke som det resterende af Bali og man er tilbage i de "vestlige" pris satser - det giver jo også mening når man ser hotellet. Читати далі
