Staff was Great, Rooms nice. Location is ideal. Roof top bar was empty but great view and comfortable. Front desk and travel booking was so helpful.

We stayed here for 4 nights in January 2013. 3 girls shared a spacious room with a king bed. We especially enjoyed the balcony views (we were on the 4th floor), and the hotel rooftop pool, which was very well maintained. We were able to book all our excursions through the front desk and found the staff there to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The […] only negative about the hotel is that it only had 1 elevator for all 8 floors, so the elevator was very slow and packed. The elevator can only be operated with a room key, which is great for security, but not so great if you split up from your roommates and find yourself locked out. The location of the hotel may be ideal or too loud depending on your preference. It is located directly across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe, so you will hear the live band loud and clear until 11pm every night. It is also located in the middle of all the touristy restaurants & bars. The hotel is walking distance (about 10 minutes) from the main beach, which we found to be very crowded with murky water. If you are looking for amazing beaches, you probably want to look elsewhere on the island. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the hotel itself was clean and modern, but next time we will probably stay somewhere else on the island or maybe on another island. Читати далі

Good value for money, rooms were modern and clean. Hotel is walking distance to main beachfront road. At night the noise from the street does travel up to the rooms. Great hotel for people on a budget who want a clean room in a good location.

Good, it is located only 15 min walk from heart of Patong, just a bit noisy at night as it is opposite to Hard Rock Cafe, but the noise is acceptable.

Good hotel. Off the main drag but still in the thick of things! Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Merely a couple blocks to the beach. Good shopping all around. Pool deck has great city views!

Excellent value, wonderful staff who gave a great welcome. Has a great roof top bar. Few mins walk from Patong Beach and max of 10 mins walk to Bengla Road and the main strip for nightlife. Much to recommend it

The staff are wonderful and pleasant. The location is very good. Close to walk to the beach. Close to walk to the mall and all markets/shops/restaurants/bars. The pool on the roof is so charming and calming and cool right in the middle of the buzz of the city. But....the room was not okay. It's clean, but it is so musty smelling. The humidity is so […] high in Patong, but a better dehumidifier is needed to get rid of the pervasive smell of mildew. It was hard to fall asleep to and so disappointing to come home each day to the smell. Also, the lighting in the bathroom is so bad over the mirror area. I couldn't see myself to do hair/make-up the whole time. Some mirror sidelights are needed. It felt gloomy. Very close to the bars, very, very close. However, close the doors and everything was fine. Better drinks service at the pool would have been nice, the pool is around the corner from the bar itself and out of sight to the bar staff. Breakfast time would have been a little bit nicer if we had the option to get our coffee topped up. There was ample coffee […] to be had, we just had to get it ourselves. Other resorts we have stayed at had staff purely to serve tea and coffee. This negates the problem of overcrowding around the serving area. Overall a pleasurable place to stay, value for money and close to the hussle and bussle of Bang La Rd, yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle if you wish. Great new hotel in great location near oTop markets and only a short stroll to Bangla Road and beach. Close to Hard Rock Cafe which can be a concern due to live music being played outside until 11:00 am (great if you want to sit on balcony and listen each night having a beer). 7 day visit. Staff were great, the rooms are nice and was kept clean. The bed had the full treatment of covers pillows flowers etc the first day but it wasn't repeated, it was just made up to the bare minimum, sometimes a bit rough. The bed had a pillowtop added but it was the standard Thai brick - way too hard. It seems to be a common trait of all […] the hotels from the reviews i've seen. First few nights were ok but by the last night I could barely sleep. Not really a fault of the hotel i guess just of whats available to them. Location is pretty good. its a 10 minutes walk to the crazyness of Bangla road and the big shopping center Jungceylon. There is a markets on the doorstep for all your T-shirt, bag & tattoo needs and plenty of bars there too. 5 minutes to the beach. rooftop pool is ok for a dip but not very big. There is the Hard Rock Cafe across the road and the music was fairly loud some nights. Not really a problem unless your a really early sleeper, and if you are I wouldn't stay in Patong. Food was ok without being exceptional. Breakfast buffet was included and ok with a reasonable selection. I would easily stay again but If I go to Patong again I would be searching for a place with softer beds. I didn't think it would be that much of a problem but after a week, it really was. My husband and I stayed here on 1st of May for 3 nights. Our room was clean and not noisy. This is close to all the shops and 10 min walk to Jungcelon shopping centre. I recommend this hotel to families or couples who like to be close to the shops and night life of patong. The hotel looked much nicer on the website than actual, but nevertheless the room was nice and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable and we had no problems sleeping at all. We got a room nearest to Hard Rock Café across the street but although there was live music playing form there, it didn't really disturb us. No biggie, really. Breakfast […] was ok, could do with a few more dishes. Pool was no big but hanging out on the pool deck was nice as you could see the unblocked surroundings. The rooftop lounge looks really nice but we were upset that although it said opening hours everyday from 1700hrs - 2400hrs, on Friday night (23Mar12) it was already closed at 2200hrs (I take it was in preparation for an event the next evening). However on Sunday night (25Mar12) which was my friend's birthday, we went up at 2230hrs and the cushions were already packed up. The lone staff said they will close at 2300hrs and the roof will be locked. Lasst orders at 2245hrs. We protested to say that the opening hours said up to 2400hrs and it was only 2230hrs now, and she responded by saying that by the time she got home, it would have been 2345hrs so she had to close at 2300hrs. ?????? Excuse me what's the relevance?? I'm defnitely going to write to the management about this. We were prepared to spend and we ended up hanging around in one of the many watering holes closeby. Other than the unbelievable experience at the rooftop bar, everything else was generally fine. I will go back there for the location and the rooms, but the rooftop bar needs to improve in service if they want it to succeed. We were happy with our stay in Centara Ashlee Hotel, the room size was big, and its location bang opposite Courtyard by Marriot, and Holiday Inn and the Patong beach, gives it a great location. The woodwork in the room is rather shoddy, but nothing that really affects your stay. The downsides : 1) Their are lot of the road side bars, which are noisy […] till late in the night, so stay on the higher floors, and higher no rooms ( not in xx1, xx2, but the higher the last digits, the better. 2) The breakfast on offer is very basic, and could have been a lot lot better. Even the coffee is instant. In spite of this, because of the good rates, its good value for money. The Centra Ashlee Hotel Patong was in a great location,When I stepped out on my balcony the Hard Rock Cafe was right there and there was all kinds of places to eat and shop right outside the hotels doors. The beach is a short walk up the street. The ladies at the front desk could have been a little nicer and didn't quite understand a lot of english […] because we wanted to use the gym in the morning and it was suppose to be open at 6am and it wasn't so we went down to the front desk and asked them about it and the lady said it was open and we were like no and she said yes so we went back up to the gym and it still wasn't open we even waited there for a little bit. i would recommend this hotel to anyone awesome location for everything. Location is so so. Can be pretty noisy as it's located opposite Hard Rock on one side & some open air bars on the other. Staff doesn't understand English well, service attitude is lousy, not helpful & pretty much anything you ask them, the reply is "I don't know Sir". I rates this hotel 0 star.

We had a pleasant stay at the Centra Ashlee Hotel. Apart from the noise that was coming from Hard Rock Cafe (just directly opposite) It has everything that a hotel guest would look for: location, cleaniness, service, nice fitness center and pool. Hotel liegt an sehr stark befahrener Straße, direkt gegenüber dem Hard-Rock-Hotel mit Open-Air-Show bis Mitternacht. Hat mich aber nicht sonderlich gestört, da ich sowieso nicht früher schlafen gehe. Die Zimmer sind DER HAMMER: riesig, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, großer Balkon und großes Badezimmer, sehr gutes Bett, Kaffee-Tee-Zubereiter […] incl. Auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht Swimmingpool und Bar mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Kleiner Nachteil: nur ein einziger Aufzug für das ganze Hotel mit 8 Stockwerken! Zu Fuß zur Bangla Road ca. 10 Minuten. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels aber schon jede Menge Bars, Restaurants, Shops und "Spas". Trevligt hotell med gym, pool, ångbastu, bar och restaurant. Så man behöver inte lämna stället om man vill ta det lugnt någon dag. Lite för hårda sängar för vår smak och dåligt tryck i duschen annars bra. Nära beachen och en liten bit ifrån det värsta stimmet.

Ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel au mois de mai, nous avons décidé de retourner au mois de novembre, et finalement nous sommes très déçu du Centra Ashlee parce qu’il a perdu de son charme en 6 mois, les chambres étaient humides, le service pas du tout à la hauteur (poussière à tout les coins, humidité, nettoyage sommaire, oubli du café, bruit des […] portes...). 酒店的房间很舒适，就算我们是特价房，环境依然是好！check in 的时候，一位泰国的MM笑容很亲切，刚好还碰上了一个中国人去那里实习的酒店服务生。酒店唯一一个缺点就是晚上比较吵，可能因为是在闹市的原因吧，对面的酒吧激情的音乐一直到深夜。总体来说，这酒店性价比挺高的，舒适程度不用质疑，只要你不是对噪音有太高要求就完全没有问题了！

場所は、ハードロックカフェの目の前。とてもわかりやすい。ビーチに行くには、10分位歩きますが、 大人の方であれば全く苦にならないかと。 特筆すべき点は、ホテルの屋上にあるプールとBar。 早い時間(19時までだったかと)は、カクテルが99b。

酒店就位于硬石酒吧对面,到购物中心相当方便,周边也很热闹,酒店的硬件条件也不错,就是晚上睡觉的酒吧噪音打了点,早餐不是很丰富.总的来说还是性价比挺好的.
