never again - I arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening at the hotel. The entrance door and reception are closed, both are already closed at 7 p.m. and will open again only the following morning at 8 a.m.. The customer is asked to call a number shown on a piece of paper at the entrance door. Tres bon séjour,super accueil,nous reviendrons à cet endroit.

Cuando el appart este terminado va a ser excelente, ya que se trata de un complejo nuevo que todavia no esta terminado. La habitacion es muy comoda con todos los utencilios necesarios, la atencion del personal es muy bueno y tiene parking con cargo dentro del complejo. Esta cerca del centro y el precio es muy bueno para la calidad del hotel.

Llegue al hotel a las 2130 estaba cerrado tuve que conseguir un telefono para comunicarme solo hay gente atendiendo de 7 a 19 hs temdrian que tener una persona 24hs en la puerta es dificil aparcar ya que justo pasa un tren por la puerta la habitacion es muy nueva tendrian que solucionar el tema de la atencion 24 hs

dommage de ne pas changer les serviettes de toilettes tous les jours, quant aux lits jumeaux l'un était confortable, l'autre pas du tout, il tenait à peine sur les pieds métalliques

Das Hotel liegt eher an einer etwas lauten Straße mit einer Bahnlinie direkt neben dem Hotel. Ansonsten sind das Hotel und auch die Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Parken ist rund um das Hotel schwierig, aber es betseht die Möglichkeit für 10 € pro Tag einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zu mieten. This Apartcity is pretty close to the Vauban tram station. So, getting in and out was not a problem. I understand that this is a self-service kind of a hotel but the management was not super-helpful or anything. They don't even provide free toilet paper for short stays and don't clean your room if you stay for less than a week. You have to haul your […] own garbage and do the dishes yourself. Nothing great, don't except any service but if you are looking for a cheap hotel room close to public transit, this is good. Since it was summer, there were a lot of people on the streets even at 1am. So, security was not a concern. I can't comment on the neighbourhood in other times. Avoid walking alone late in the night. hotel très propre nous sommes arrivé à une heure ou l'accueil était fermé (horaires d'ouverture très faibles 18h la semaine, 16h le samedi et fermé tout le dimanche). il falais récupérer les clé dans un coffre dont nous n'avions pas le code, par chance une personne de l'hotel est passé... il faut penser a réserver le parking. il était complet lorsque […] nous sommes arrivés... sinon la chambre était supere, propre, neuve, il y a le strict minimum dans le coin cuisine, mais cela suffit pour quelques jours. même un petit lave vaisselle. il manque les afichette "ne pas déranger". une femme de ménage nous a réveillé en entrant dans la chambre a 9h du matin le dernier jour. l'hotel est un peu exentré, mais bon... il y a 3km pour arriver a la promenade des anglais, ca reste correcte. Fint nytt hotell. Leilighet med lite kjøkken var ok. Aircondition/vifte virket imidlertid ikke og resepsjonen ikke betjent store deler av døgnet. Måtte derfor åpne vinduet for å få inn frisk luft. Mye trafikk og bråk i gaten utenfor gjorde at jeg fikk lite søvn. Ellers bra sted.

Hotel is brand new, everything is clean and working well. Reception is closed at night, so that might be a problem sometimes. The location is great because the tramway stop is around the corner and the Nice-Riquer train station only couple of houndreds meters away. Nytt holtell i et stille og fredlig området, gratis parkering 300m unna hotellt. Ta trikken ned til gamelbyen og stranden, kos dere.

Framför allt det stämmer inte att det finns någon internet överhuvudtaget. Sen beställde vi 4 enskilda sängar men fick 2 dubbelsängar. Hotels.com ger ingen address så det kan ta tid att hitta.
