We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

Although not every hareware were well maintained. It provides a clean room with a pretty price. I feel it is good

"Not an airport hotel"
An £8 return bus ride away from the hotel with no free option. It is a lovely hotel but beware, the room may seem cheap for a Hilton however you'll pay for this once you go for food and drink. The local village has a few grotty pubs and a takeaway but my advice would be to spend more and stay in the proper on site hotel or go with a cheapy hotel nearby. "Great Hotel"
Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton on a stopover from an international trip. The staff was excellent- very helpful and friendly. We got an upgrade and the room was beautiful. My only complaint is that I thought the hotel was attached to Terminal 5, which it was not. The airport staff sent us on a bit of a wild goose chase from Terminal 5 to 4 and then […] back again. "Hilton Terminal 5 - nice but difficult to get to"
The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. However, the transit options to the hotel are a nightmare. The hoppa bus is allegedly a good option but after waiting for almost 30 minutes for the right bus to come after flying/immigration was grueling. Taxi's are an option but they are crazy expensive and not reliable; there were a few travelers that […] were waiting for a taxi the next morning to Heathrow and ended up complaining to the front desk. "Great hotel - but far from Terminal 5"
Excellent new hotel, built in 2011, with first class staff - but not (despite the name) close to Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus service (if you know about it, which I didn't), but since it is out of London Metropolitan Area, some of the licensed black cabs will ask for £65 for a 5 mile journey. "Hotel NOT in Terminal 5 as advertised"
I selected this hotel as it is advertised in the title of the hotels.com listing as Hilton Hotel - Heathrow Terminal 5. I anticipated a late arrival at Heathrow and early departure the next morning and was looking for the most convenient location possible. After transporting all my bags from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5 (requiring a train trip on the London […] Connect) I saw only a Sofitel. I asked the Concierge where the Hilton was located and he indicated I needed to take a taxi there, requiring an additional 20 minute wait and 30 GBP! Upon my arrival I found the check-in process took a LONG time. After checking in the restuarant was closed ... so all in all as I frequent traveler I wouldn't stay there again. "Hilton LHR Terminal 5 great newest hotel"
It was a marvelous experience. Every single room is a suite with huge, comfortable and very clean rooms. All kind of lights throughout, jacuzzi, buffet breakfast excellent, with great, professional and courteous service. All the staff from the front desk, cleaning, etc absolutely great. I will go back again, no doubt.

Very good and affortdable hotel near Heathrow. Great, clean, comfortable room. The only problem is that it was not clear at the time of booking that this hotel is not really attached to the airport and you need to wait outside (in the cold) for a bus that charges you 4.5 pounds to get you there. This place is brand new and has all of the conveniences one would wish for in a hotel stay. Only a couple of issues though: it is very hard to find.
