1. 2nd time staying as first time was ok given the price. However, this time, the was no toothbrush provided. Also, 4 fa ce towels were given in place of 2 towels with one of which very dirty. For the rate, am just asking for the basics to be provided cleanly - thanks. 2. Suggestion : to provide a drinking plastic cup / mug. Thanks.

I originally did chose this apartment, because it was near by the exhibition area, and all other hotels where fuily booked. At arriving it smelled terrible of smoke, even I did ask at ordering for a non-smoker room. The bathroom was terrible. Everywhere hairs and sticky tiles. Green and brown dirt-borders around the armatures. At the head of the bed […] the shelf was dusty and sticky too. Everwhere broken furniture parts. The aircondition was terrible loud and even the refrigurtor was noisy. All in all not to recommend. Take the longer way and the higher price of the other hotels and you will enjoy Taipei. For the price, the room is quite okay. But, if I hadn't a friend in Taipei, it would have been totally impossible to enter. The page on hotels.com doesn't say anything about the fact the hotel entrance is nothing but a locked door on the street and you have to call a number to get the code. If you want to enjoy accomodation plz find other place. Only price satisfaction. near by MRT(train). I stayed 5th floor with no elevator. Hard working to reach my to my room. I strongly recommend you that find other place with 10 more USD using. No reception No staff No elevator And No satisfaction Remember my words

It's a private apartment. Close to Mrt, very convenient. No front desk, which is good. Very private. Quiet at night. Great location, need to call them when you arrive. There is 7-11 few steps from the apartment. I use the phone in 7-11

It would be a nighmare when you arrive at a hotel (or whatever place you booked to stay during a trip in a foreign country) you find nobody there to tell you which room to go and give you the key/passcode. It would be even worse when you find the place is locked up and you have to stand outside the building with your lugguages, and there is no instruction […] to tell you what to do. But that was exactly what we experienced when we arrived at Lucky Apartment in Taipei. We managed to get in touch with someone on the phone finally, but to our surprise, she could not tell us what to do right away. We had to give her our mobile phone no. (of course we needed to pay the roaming) and waited for her callback. The building is so secured that we needed to pass through 3 passcoded doors. But we really don't understand why the lady on the phone could not tell us all the passcodes at one time. She gave us the first one, then asked us to hang up, and said she would call us again for the second code a few minutes later after we reached our room's floor. It actually took us less than a minute to get there! We finally got in after spending at least 6-7 minutes on the phone, which costs us about US$10-15! Can you imagine how frustrated we were at that time? There is no staff on the spot. During our stay, we didn't see anybody. So if anything comes up, such as the internet was not working, or remote control ran out of battery and you can't turn on/off the air-conditioner, you have to think of your own way to fix it. Actually these were exactly what happened to us. Fortunately the toilet didn't overlow!! And one more important thing to point out: there is no phone in the room that you can use to call for help!! Or you can choose to use your own mobile phone to call and pay the high roaming fee. We had never experienced such things even staying at a more economical choice like a youth hostel. 現地到着日で寝る為だけの利用だったので、料金の安いこのホテルを予約したが、住所を頼りに場所を探しても、ホテルの名前が表示されていないので、周辺をさまよう羽目になった。周辺にいた人に住所を見せて確認し、インターフォンで呼び出したが、電話で暗証番号を聞いてくれと言われた。電話番号を教えて欲しいと言ったら教えてくれなかった。意味不明。ホテルズドットコムの該当ページではフロントがある旨の説明だったが、従業員に会うことすらなかった。結局警察から電話をかけて交渉してもらってやっと部屋に入る事が出来た。このホテルと料金的に大差ないホテルが市街地にあるので、是非そちらに宿泊することをお勧めする。貴重な滞在時間と労力の無駄である。

Pas d'accueil, une lourde porte métallique sans fenêtre. Quand on appelle le numéro inscrit sur la porte, on tombe sur un serveur de messagerie en chinois uniquement (merci aux passants pour leur aide...). Puis on passe la porte d'entrée avec un code, : un escalier d'immeuble en mauvais état. On passe alors deux autres portes avec d'autres codes obtenus […] au téléphone pour arriver dans la chambre., qui ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos, surtout pas la salle de bains/WC (dégradés par des moisissures). 客人需在抵達後致電「公寓」主人拿樓下和房間密碼方能進入。「公寓」隣近捷運站非常方便，整體尚算乾淨，只睡一覺的話可以考慮。

一般のアパートの一室を借りるような感じで、 ホテルらしいもの（フロントデスクやタオルの交換など）はありません。 チェックイン時、インターフォンを押しても、 誰も出て来ず。結局電話をかけてホテルの人と話をし、入口で５分ほど待ってやっと中に入る事ができました。 チェックアウトも、ホテルの人と会う方法がわからず、ホテルの留守電にチェックアウトする旨メッセージを残して帰ってきました。 値段は安く、駅からも近いですが、なんだか不思議なホテル？でした。 宿泊される時は、ホテルの電話番号を控えて行かれる事をお勧めします。

Chip...and? Chip..;;; It's hard to find and use. I've never seen the Owner. Service? Nothing! It's not a Hotel. Just modify Real Apartment! If you don't have enough money, I'll recomend! Bub if I were you, I'll find other hotel now!
