I was surprised how clean and modern the hotel was, the only thing missing was a hotel owned shuttle to Heath row.

Friendly, quiet and very clean modern hotel. Easy access by hoppa hotel bus to hotel from Heathrow. No problem with luggage on bus. Bus driver very helpful with info to get to another terminal at Heathrow the next day. The hotel called and booked a hoppa hotel bus to terminal 3 and they arrived at the time we booked it for. Hotel is next door to Macdonalds restaurant. Bus stops are dierectly outside the hotel, with direct bus service to T5 (bus route 423, taking about 5 mins. Nice clean hotel, with a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Comfy bed, 4 pillows given. Checkin and checkout very fast. Would stay here again.

For the price you can't beat it,

Very nice hotel...stayed there for my layover, just one night. Would be great if internet was free, and maybe could trade the free breafast for a free dinner, since my flight was really early. Overall, I recommend a stay here, very close to the airport.

The first night of our stay, was very disappointing, as there was a large group of of kids staying at the hotel for a rugby tournament the following day. They ran riot in the hotel, with no control or supervision from parents, who simply gathered in the bar until very late, drinking the night away. What I did find most upsetting was that staff had no […] control over the situation. Further, I needed an extra blanket in my room, as my 2 year old son and wife were sharing the one provided., I went to reception,and firstly complained about the noise and kids running through our floor and knocking on doors (it was near 10:00pm at this point), and to request another blanket. The kids eventually wore themselves out and went to sleep, but I never received my blanket, and had to sleep with a towel for warmth. I had made several calls to reception to try and get the blanket, but there was no answer. I will note, that things were back to normal the following nigfht, as the kids and there 'parents' checked out that morning. I was offered a full refund on my room the first night as part of there guarantee. also, I did rather enjoy the restaurant, and felt the food was good. Having the fully functioning Costa Coffe was also nice. The staff was very pleasent, but they really let themselves down that first night. Right price, excellent amenities. Great staff. Rob at the conserve desk was was a great guy.

quite comfortable

It was very nice. I was working close by for 3 weeks & it was very convenient. It is a very new hotel and you can still smell the paint! I am sure that will go in time.Pleasant helpful staff. Near enough to Terminal 5 . £4 on the bus.

The Hotel was very good, the staff extremely friendly and I recommend it very highly. The rooms are good size and very clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby restaurant and a good selection on the menu, not very elaborate but good. The Hotel offers half hour of free wifi and 24 hours at 3 pounds which is good, though not free but not so high […] that it hurts. Only thing was my flight was from Terminal 4, and I had to cross over to the hotel on opposite side of road to take the shuttle (8 pounds for roundtrip). I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel restaurant was very busy and although the service was friendly it wasn't very good. The reception desk on the other hand was also friendly, but quick and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not actually in terminal 5 but is easily accessed by the national express jitny service which runs quite frequently. It is however a great bargain and it's proximity to the airport ideal. Nice restaurant, good food. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

This is an excellent hotel.......the people are very polite and helpful. The room was just perfect except for the fact that they forgot to empty my restroom trash prior to my stay. The room was very clean and the bed was ver comfy. There is a restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel and their breakfast buffet is amazing. They also have a McDonald's next […] door if you want other food. It was a very easy process to check in and out. Excellent hotel, very convenient for Heathrow airport. Very clean with good amenities. 1 small complaint is the fact that you are not told there is a charge of 12 pounds for the car park prior to arrival (nothing on Web site or on confirmation instructions).

A new hotel that was better than expected for a lower cost hotel. Good sized rooms and nice bar and restaurant facilities. Recommend to anyone looking for a lower cost Heathrow hotel.

Flott nytt hotell bare minutter med taxi unna flyplassen. Ikke noe støy fra flyplassen selv om den er nærmeste nabo.God mat i restauranten
