The most welcoming staff I have ever experienced. Hotel is init's soft opening and some of the restaurants will not open for two weeks. However, that did not stop the outstanding service. "Could be better"

Doesn't seem as smooth as the other Kempinski properties. Had asked for a cup of hot chocolate which took forever as the key to the cupboard with the cocoa could not be found:) . Still new am assuming they will get their act together soon.
Spent a magical 16th wedding anniversary on the 12th of December. Room was laid out beautifully. Just one hitch on the night...because we were both teetotlars there was no alternative to the wine bottle they were giving away as a complementary drink. Next day,breakfast was a lovely spread and check-out seamless. However this is where the magical experience ended. We were asked to relax in the lobby while they went to fetch our car and when it came they proceeded to load our luggage. We were enjoying the fuss when suddenly orders to remove our car because President Uhuru was arriving rang out. Next thing we knew the car was being driven off, boot doors swinging wide open, luggage almost falling off and we were unceremoniously bundled off the premises.I had to dig deep to hold back tears on our journey back to Nakuru as my husband tried to put on a brave face. I'd just like to remind the hotel that it is imperative that all guests are treated equal. Priscilla Jean-Louis, Nakuru.
"Five star accommodation near westlands"

Stayed here on a business visit. Very near to the happening westlands area. Lot of places to spend your evenings. Breakfast spread was very good and very courteous staff. this hotel is good for business visits for offices in and around westlands. But it is around an hour away from the airport So be prepared to leave early if you are catching an evening flight and always do an online check in to avoid getting off boarded.

The response times of the staff seemed slow. Our door wouldn't close and they took a long time to fix that. Check in was slow. The food at the breakfast buffet was average while the spread was adequate. Got the feeling that the staff needs more training and the manageMent is still trying to find its feet.

stayed here for one night for our anniversary. The staff werE so attentive and went the extra mile of providing not only a bottle of wine and a cake, but also a huge bouquet of flowers. We also got an upgrade to a superior room and those have really spacious rooms and fantastic bathrooms with his and hers sinks. The beds are also very very comfy. There are three great restaurants to eat from. We ate at lucca- food was average. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights on business. Had a hotel limo from the airport, nice comfortable car. Check in process was relatively quick. The room I had was very good: on the 8th floor, at the front with a balcony. Lots of room with a comfortable bed. Nice view and not much traffic noise. The bar was good, service there was excellent and the food was great as well. Overall wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I was visiting Nairobi.

it was my first time to visit the kempiski spa. the staffs at the spa were excellent they new what i wanted. The whole process was amazing and i must say i enjoyed the there service though the price was higher than expected. At the pool bar i was amazed my name c as a waiter. Brian m was his name which is similar to mine. His services were perfect just like the spa team.i and my 3 other friends enjoyed the smoothies, the wine and the tea that he served us. our day almost got ruined when we were asked to leave the place we considered pleasant for our stay because we couldn't get more service of wine and drinks by the name of being late. this aspect irritated me and i was forced to pay my bills this was even done when my other friend joined us and the waiter refused to serve him which forced us to go to west lands to finish our weekend. customer satisfaction and understanding should be taken into consideration.

It was my first time in this Hotel and I must commend the staff for their outstanding service and hospitality. The buffet restaurant staff are excellent. On my last night I was rushing to the airport so I needed to have dinner early. Esther allowed me to have early dinner and kept checking on me. She was very helpful. Eunice also was nice. I love their professionalism and will for sure recommend this Hotel to my friends.

What a shame. We took a party totally six on a Wednesday evening and were very disappointed. The restaurant was almost empty but we were still seated at a table that was pretty much on the corridor. There were no other alternatives (I looked). The waitress was really well trained and made us very welcome and was as helpful as she could have been. We all thought that the food was ok but nothing really to recommend and was expensive for what it was. I won't go again.

I actually like the Villa Rosa property and have stayed in the hotel 4 times this year. I also had my staff who travel to Nairobi to stay in the hotel. I asked earlier in the day of my departure to print my bill, this failed to happen. The hotel printed charges on the bill which I did not incur. I refused to pay. The gentleman kept insisting that I pay. 45 minutes later they bring the bar attendant and he affirmed that I did not incur the charges. Now I am stuck in traffic hoping that I make my flight. Nicely built hotel but bad service- the attendant kept stalling thinking I would just pay. I asked for the manager and he said he was the management. They should change management. I had asked for the hotel taxi receipt for the past three days and had to leave without them. It is very unfortunate given the amount of money I have spent at the hotel that they were unwilling to accommodate even if I was wrong.
