"I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay near the Lisbon airport! From the free shuttle from the airport and the friendly check-in to the morning breakfast spread, everything was fantastic! The room was small, but clean and updated with a nice shower and nice big screen TV with lots of English language channels. We paid for the breakfast at the restaurant and it was 10 Euro per person, and it was WELL worth it! You won't get a cup of coffee and a croissant at the airport for that price, and the buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold foods and coffee, juice and milk. The restaurant is open until late at night, too and offers food and drinks for a reasonable price. If you need a shuttle to the airport in the morning at a popular time, get your tickets early, because they fill up. As of our stay date (05/2026) the airport security and passport control were a breeze, so in hindsight, we probably didn't need to go as early as we did. You can just order a taxi or Uber as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay there again!!!"

The rooms are very dated
AC was switched off to all rooms. Maybe cost saving, however the hotel was busy, and no real reason for it being off when asked..
The safe did not work
The door to the balcony was damaged
The pool did not feel heated, and looked tired
The lifts would bounce and go to the wrong floors. The doors shut far to quickly

"Everything was fine except for a very bad smell that came out from the toilet. It was really awful. I don’t think that it has anything to do with the staff that clean the bathroom; it must be a sewer problem.
By the way, it seems like other people had the same complaint about it because I read in one of the Exe Saldanha’s reviews."
