I booked it because it was cheap and on the way to my destination. Contacted the owner for instruction when by the the red bridge. He came to show me the way to the cabins. There's no signs leading to the place in latin alphabet. Navigation led me to red bridge no problem, however road is very steep.
I enjoyed hot spring bath, good night sleep and hot water for tea. Maybe not destination hotel, but good place to stay for the night.

Had a little issue in the beginning of the stay but the night shift staffs were very helpful and reacted very well! Overall very happy with the stay and the breakfast is just something to die for!

Everything was great about this place. Very very clean and well maintained, lovely and helpful people working there. The only downside is the location isn't exactly central so you have to walk a bit to get to the busier area.

Quirky accommodation in a good way. Without detailed pdf instructions in English it would have been hard to find. Probably easier when dark as neon signs are illuminated. Conveniently located near MRT. Frugality with soap and accessories which seems to be Taiwan policy perhaps over extended here with no soap for hand basin (so go into shower to wash hands .. weird ?). Otherwise great.
