The Dog was fabulous, the staff were all very friendly. Needed a drink as soon as I arrived so had a lovely glass of bubbles sitting by the fire, very civilized! The bedroom had such a sumptuous bed and very tasteful decor as had the whole pub. I would definitely return as long as the price stayed similar. Didn't eat there as they had a tasting menu but the local Indian was recommended which was fab.

We interacted with many staff and all were always utterly and consistently professional and lovely. The building is wonderfully historical in architecture and construction.
