We recently stayed here towards the end of summer, we chose a room with view of the river. The hotel is very open and has large windows everywhere which is perfect as the view from every window is breathtaking. We had excellent news that the price included use of the jacuzzi which is located on the roof of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, it had a selection of British and German foods. What a lovely hotel right on the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful check in was quick and we went straight to the room although it was only 11am. We spent 4 nights here at the beginning of October. The beach is literally on your doorstep. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was definitely worth it. The family who run the hotel are friendly and charming, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a short drive from Hvar, which we spent a day exploring. The island is beautiful and there were many good restaurants to choose from, including the hotel restaurant where we ate a number of times.

We had a really nice welcome & few nights staying at Hotel Vila Tina on the 2nd floor, side bedroom with a (slim) balcony & view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean..the cleaners were great fun leaving us origami towel sculptures every day when we returned from our excursions..we loved them & their sense of humour! : ) The small room was comfortable, I had an excellent sleep every night with comfortable pillows & bedding, some English speaking TV (unusual!) but with no beverage making...

It is on the beach side of the road, has its own section of beach and rooms have balconies where you can sit privately if you wish. There are shops, buses and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff offer information on all of these. It is reasonably priced as apartments have full cooking facilities and plenty of room. We ate at Amigos restaurant, perfectly OK for about £20 each but pricey by Croatian standards. We had a week at the Blue Sun Elphusa in Bol and thoroughly enjoyed it. We just needed somewhere to totally unwind and this did the trick. The location was perfect, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. We particularly liked our morning coffees overlooking the harbour. The whole area of Bol was spotlessly clean including the water in the harbour which was totally clear. I would highly recommend this hotel and Bol and the time of our holiday meant that it was reasonably quiet...

Fantastic location, beautiful woodland walk along the coast and also €5 Uber to split centre. Very peaceful at night and just a great location. Special mention to Ana , I could have listened to her all day about the history of Croatia and places to visit , Croatian people are very friendly but Ana was amazing ! I also love that this hotel is often staffed by students , giving them an opportunity to learn about working life , this is a great thing in my opinion. I’m already planning to return...
