Great place to stay, although there is no bar at the hotel so you need to a short walk into town. Not really a problem but after a long drive, sometimes it's nice to just settle in to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good underground parking, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was good with lots of choice

Handily located between the railway station and city centre with lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nicely designed bar area. Good WiFi, comfy bed with loads of pillows and effective blackout curtains. Shower is good but awkward to use if you want to keep your hair dry. Would happily stay here again

Holiday stay to see city and visit others in that part of Europe (Leuven, Aachen, Cologne). Also to experience cultural attractions in Liege (opera, concert, art and historical museums, cathedral, churches, and interesting older parts of city).

I booked to stay for one night as we were visiting the Aachen Christmas market. I chose the hotel because of the location and proximity to the market. I was slightly wary after reading reviews of the hotel however, I had nothing to worry about. We got a taxi to the hotel because we had heavy luggage however you can walk to the hotel, it takes about 15-20 minutes. A taxi from Aachen HBF was only 8 euros. The hotel is quite disguised from the outside but we found it ok. We buzzed the door...

Nice clean room. The guy on reception was excellent, he could not have been more helpful. In particular the use of the underground carpark. A little expensive but very convenient.

Great hotel large but well run. Stayed here en route to Germany. Had a great splash in the pool before searching for kid friendly food in the local area. There is an Ikea in the retail park opposite that served a great cheap breakfast. We used the pool and this was nice to relax in after the long journey. Set of the next next thoroughly refreshed. Nice modern updated room. Easy access to the pool for the kids.

Just a really nice hotel, well situated for easy walking to the centre and tourist spots

Rooms were excellent, very clean comfy beds. Staff were very helpful with parking of motorbikes Breakfast is buffet style but food was good and there was a choice for everyone

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were deliciously powerful and hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was completely worth it. The sauna was just what I needed. I would totally stay here again.
