Great base for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds with very welcoming and friendly staff. Good choice of food well presented and a lovely lounge with roaring log fire to relax in ( when not taken over by the Pudding Club). Our only disappointment was the size of our room and small bed.

Beautiful hotel in Stratford within walking distance of the famous sites. Lovely room and very nice toiletries. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed for her 40th and our stay couldnt have been better. The property and grounds are absolutelt stunning and the staff are so helpful and polite. If you are staying in Broadway, I would most definetly reccommend. We will be coming back :-) Luke & Ally.

We had a fantastic time at the Lords of the Manor, it really is an exceptional hotel. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They were especially accommodating with our dog who stayed with us. The hotel gardens are huge and we’re a lot bigger than we thought, stretching down to the river. It’s a great place to explore the Cotswolds.

If you want an authentic over-nighter this is your place. Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds this cute little pub and B&B really is authentic charm . It’s a perfect place if you’re a solo traveler passing through.

We have stayed at this hotel before prior to the refurbishment and loved it then. Even better now with the modern atrium brasserie. Chose this location to celebrate 'special' birthdays and the meal surpassed expectations. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. And the breakfasts ... we had eggs florentine which were cooked to perfection!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - a short walk to the town and all of the sights.

Stayed for just one night, but was given an upgrade. Our room, 15, was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Had everything in it you would need. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The hotel is charming, elegant and comfortable in a wonderful setting. The restaurant service is excellent. A couple of small points. It would be an addition to one of the 3 lounges if a bar were installed to add further atmosphere particularly in the evening. I was not asked if I would like a news paper in the morning, which I subsequently learnt was included in the rate. The coffee in the morning breakfast was very weak. Would I return? definitely.

We stayed four nights. I was anxious prior to going to this hotel because of some negative reviews that I read. However, we did not experience any of the negative attributions that I read about. The staff were very welcoming and helpful despite being very busy. There were certain Covid 19 related changes but these did not affect our stay at this hotel. We understood these changes and appreciated the adjustment made. We had no trouble getting clean replacement towels and bedding and a hair dryer...

It is hard to think of any way our stay at the Noel Arms could have been improved. Parking is easy, the staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was delightful. It was clean, well-appointed, well-equipped and quiet. No noise from other rooms or other guests, just a pleasant view down into the courtyard: in the morning we enjoyed seeing walkers gathering for a day's hiking, children on their way to school and locals meeting for a chat as they walked their dogs. We ate in the restaurant one...

Really beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, with a friendly, helpful team.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and spacious. It’s conveniently placed for the theatre and town, with on site parking so you could leave the car and walk around. There was enough choices for breakfast and what we had, was nice enough.

Although no parking on site. There is the opportunity to park in either of secure car parks to the rear of the accommodation. Also as my husband has a disabled blue badge the car was able to park throughout our stay free of charge. Accommodation better than anticipated and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again
