Lovely room, fantastic food and friendly, helpful staff. Great location too- lovely walk round Coate Water before dinner. As a lone female I felt safe throughout my brief stay and will definitely return.

The size and comfort of the beds. Nice bed linen. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the staff at breakfast. In the morning you need people who are of a happy personality to get you through the day. (well I do!) To get breakfast (buffet style) included in the price is extremely good. Thank you.

Really good location to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding area. Lovely rooms with direct access to a lovely beer garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice selection of food for breakfast, good cooked breakfast. Will definately return.

Absolutely lovely place , had to stay locally for work and found this place just by luck, glad I did food at pub was amazing , really friendly owners and pub staff, will definitely stay again , and will refer to our engineers to use this place when in area , parking is secure , only downside is they don’t do breakfast , but can get elsewhere So 9/10 for me

Excellent ! We will be back… we were stuck in traffic so ringing ahead, we were able to order food and they kept it warm. My partner, tired from a week in hell at work knocked her wine over..another appeared as if by magic. I had to make an important call … they, without being asked turned music down.wow. The staff are amazing, as are the rooms, bed, bathroom and food..we will be back ! Many thanks guys.

Great location and reasonable price

The new owners have only been in charge for about ten days and are beginning to make improvements in all areas. The staff are its strength as they are very friendly, helpful and determined to succeed.

Love this place. The village is beautiful and full of Cotswolds charm, whilst the pub is an absolute delight for foodies. Tremendous value given the quality of the accommodation and the food. Our room was luxurious and spacious. Loved the 100 Acres toiletries, the farmhouse-style breakfast and the super-comfortable bed. This is a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

Beautiful property with a cosy vibe and welcoming staff. The dinning experinace was very slow sadly.

The room was very clean, quiet and full of character. It was converted from a ln old dairy. Mark who runs the hotel was absolutely lovely and the dinner we had was delicious.
