Welcomed perfectly on arrival by a most informative and friendly 'butler' Room superb and great views of the grounds Bar was excellent and the many living rooms and library are excellent to enjoy and read in The grounds are outstanding and very well looked after Breakfast superb and complimentary cooked food for menu was done very well Coffee service to the room also very good

Great customer service from everyone here especially Sarah on the front desk who went above and beyond for us several times due to a mistake on Expedias part! Food was excellent and the lager and lime hit the spot! With help from an extra quilt even the bed settee was fine.The free breakfast is a no brainer,really excellent spread of hot and cold breakfast buffet.Defo stay again.

What an incredible stay. We have stayed in 5 star hotels and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. There was so much attention to detail and these little touches were so personal. The choice and quality of breakfasts were superb. Helen was a tremendous host and accommodated our late arrival on the first evening. I would totally recommend a stay here and we will certainly stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you very much Helen for a tremendous stay.

We’re checked in swiftly by friendly and helpful manager. Room was a good size, well appointed, comfy bed with good quality bedding and extra pillows. Bathroom looked a little tired, but effective shower and a good size. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice and all very tasty. Ate in the restaurant on both nights of our stay - although usual pub fare, was well-priced, well cooked and quickly served. Every member of staff from manager to bar and restaurant staff and cleaners were friendly...

I know the swan revived from living in Great Linford years ago. The hotel is comfortable and warm with great food and I must say great friendliness from the staff, in particular I would like to mention our waitress Laura.

A lovely place to stay from the friendly welcome with clean, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast in beautiful surroundings.

Bar staff were a bit rude, honestly if hospitality is not for you, find another job..receptionist she was so nice and helpful. Property all well maintained apart from a bad drainage smell in the corridor, luckily not in the room. Room was spacious and clean, I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely pub with fantastic food. Breakfast was just as good. Annex building with farm/field view. I travel a lot for my work but hate the giant corporate places. Your money is better spent in the community you’re working in. Definitely be going back.

We come here quite regularly. Staff are getting to know us. The staff are frienly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals are really good. Location is brilliant. Cant fault the hotel
