"Great stay whilst visiting a show at the NEC, room was spacious and bed so comfy. Staff could not have been more friendly (but still professional) and so helpful. The breakfast basket room service is a lovely idea and we enjoyed. Just a 5 min walk to the station, will definitely stay here again for future show visits"
