Friendly staff, great restaurant and nice staff. Room and facilities are basic and corridors old fashioned but all clean and tidy.

We chose the hotel on the basis of location (easy walk from station, on a pedestrianised street), a listing in the Rough Guide and excellent online reviews. They weren't wrong: the staff were consistently attentive and cheerful and obviously got on well in an environment they knew was reliably good, and offered help without pushing it. What a lovely, small and friendly hotel in an excellent residential area near the city walls of Nuremberg. Very helpful owner, lovely staff, a cute little back garden and a really lovely breakfast area with conservatory. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with lovely helpful staff. In a good position within easy walking distance of main square. The work that is being undertaken can be disruptive, banging can be heard early morning and we were on the second floor. Once the work has been done it will be absolutely fine.

Great hotel! The rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a trip including a free beer. Rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen if you feel like eating in.

Felt like home despite the fact that we only spoke limited German. It's in a good location which makes evening walks interesting with beautiful views. It's also close to the imperial castle and the beautiful mayor's gardens. The staff were very helpful and customer service quite excellent. The only downside was the pool with no shallow end. The children have to be excellent swimmers to swim in the pool and no lifeguard for such depth.

Very nice hotel. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Within walking distance of the old town. €19 taxi from the airport. Bar prices a bit high compared to the town but good quality drinks and service. Typical Park Inn. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Lovely quiet clean room with helpful friendly staff. Quiet room with air conditioning and only a few minutes walk from the main train station and the city centre.
