I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s parking underneath the building which was good to have. My room was comfortable, had good heating and was very clean. Breakfast was really fantastic. Lots of options, cereals, granola (different varieties), cooked breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages and more, pastries and lots of them. All of good quality, not the generic kind. Coffee as well, fruit as well of course. I would stay again. Excellent transport to Munich centre too.

Loved this hotel! Really friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Arrived late but wanted to take the train into the centre of Munich for a quick look around. Reception staff suggested parking on the roads outside the hotel as these were free. This was really helpful advice but we wanted to leave our ski stuff inside the car so decided to use the parking garage underneath the hotel instead. The train station is right next to the hotel. This hotel is located in a quiet area south of the City It is ideally located for the Ubhan to the city. There is construction being undertaken nearby but this is only during the day. There is an underground car park. The online check in and check out were easy. My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. Had a fantastic stay at the motel 1! Rooms were very clean and modern, we got a corner room which was half the size of other rooms but well worth it for the massive windows covering the entire length of the room giving fantastic light and views! Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...
