This was a one-night stay prior to a hospital visit. The room was very comfortable and the staff charming. Dinner was excellent but I was not able to try the breakfast. I would very happily stay there again.

The hotel looks over the railway station and carpark the rooms were super- quiet no noise from trains/traffic. The open aspect meant we had great sunsets and view of the pretty station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are a good continental selection of bread pastries fruits etc with fresh ham eggs and cheese. Coffee from the machine was excellent but take a travel kettle if you want tea etc in your room. We ate in the attached Relais de Limousin every night as the...

We had a very nice time at Anne Marie's place. She was really welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward. She gave us great information about what to see and do on the area too. The location is very good, in a quiet place, but close to supermarkets and a few lakes with bars and restaurants. Well, this is a ghost hotel…absolutely no one onsite.
we accessed our room via a code on a keypad.
Same thing for the kitchen the next day.
Breakfast was inside the fridge.
But this is a bourgeois house with a beautiful old staircase and tall ceilings.
Our room was spacious and clean, well decorated with a huge shower.

If you want a remote property with lovely facilities, this is the one. A rustic small cottage with a beautiful courtyard to have your meals and look out over the French countryside. The pool area is nice and could do with a little update but was a great area to relax. No many French properties have pools and this one is a combination of a hot tub and a pool.
Nearest hypermarket is 15 minutes drive and also a beautiful farm shop is nearby.
