Great room, small but very quirky and lots of extra touches such as bottled water, fresh milk and KitKats! Just had to remember to duck through door frames. Good sized bathroom and shower plus walk-in wardrobe provided plenty of storage. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Didn’t sample rest of pub food as only stayed one night but the list of desserts was impressive. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

I stay in a lot of hotels due to business and i picked this one due to location and reviews what a result Fantastic greeting by 2 kadies when i arrived Great room Superb high quality food in the restaurant obviously cooked by a good chef Great service from the waitress and the gentleman behind the bar I would recomend this hotel for business or pleasure to anyone it is worth travelling that extra mile or two to get there.

Remember to take your own towels, soap and washing up liquid. Traffic noise a bit annoying but other than that all was great.

Very handy accommodation in a lovely village

Booked for one night to attend a family wedding, check in via the bar, lady came straight out and explained that all the rooms were full, so as we were a family had upgraded us to Hannah House, a complete massive cottage to the three of us, It was beautiful and we could have slept 11 people in it, so rustic and full of charm lovely and peacefully we were so impressed. Friendly and comfortable - very smart and we'll appointed. I had to leave at 0500 so could not comment on the breakfast but the restaurant was excellent.

Beautifully refurbished rooms, very friendly staff, and great food. Some noise from the bar/garden - as you would expect from an Inn - but very quiet after closing time, with a very comfy bed. Great value.

We ariived late in the evening for a weekend break and were welcomed by Dave who showed us to our luxury bungalow. In the bungalow Denise had prepared us a grocery pack which we made full use of with arriving so late. My elderly mum was with us and Dave and Denise really did go above and beyond spoiling us. Lovely stay away. The manager is a really friendly and helpful man. There was some really cool stuff on the site like hens that lay fresh eggs for breakfast and domesticated owls that perched at the entrance. It is right next to the beach which can be followed down to a lovely chip shop.

One of those rare finds that you almost want to keep to yourself so you can always get a room.. :-) We booked only 3 hours before our 2 night stay so options were limited and we were a bit worried we'd be left with what no-one else wanted. It turned out fantastically though. The Motel is brand new, spacious, clean, warm, and the TV had all the usual smart apps so we could watch practically whatever we wanted. Excellent place and I can't wait to go back, it was a friendly welcome and its a lovely as described place in a very quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked and stuff is easy to use, sofa and beds were comfy and the place was warm well maintained.
