"First, The owners were very sweet and the family greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful so our 2 rooms could be close to each other. Second, the view from room 12 was beautiful. Overlooking the valley. Third, or maybe 2nd depending on the time of year, this place had a CEILING FAN! Only place I've stayed at in the last 6 weeks with a fan. The beds were not the comfiest (a bit too firm), but slept fine. The place was squeaky clean. Showers were a bit small for my husband but it was fine...

"In the centre of town. Couple of nice shops nearby. Limited parking, but free parking in the road anyway. Secret garden is not a bistro, just a garden nice to sit in. Dinner starts at 20:00 Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower. No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes..... Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹ Most restaurants close on Mondays….. Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where...

"Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. "

"Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING."

"Ottimo posto, pulito, organizzato, merita più amore da parte degli avventori in quanto troveranno anche dei titolari simpatici e disponibili, colazione semplice ed efficace, venite per più di una sera e sostenete il posto, è a 10 minuti dalla maggior parte delle mete turistiche della zona di cui Montepulciano, c'è una ottima gelateria in zona e delle terme per iniziare a sentirsi meglio fisicamente e mentalmente. Costa poco e vale molto. Merita."
