"Hotel is in a perfect location inside of Palermo Hollywood. It’s very close to everything and walking distance to several top restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The host Mica y Valen were amazing and attentive to every detail. The check in was easy and for these reasons this hotel will be my first choice on my return visit to BAires"

Had a challenge with hotels.com customer service - “representatives" claimed to human but were probably artificial intelligence programs that did little to help. This property was a big disappointment, though it looks okay (photos, reviews, location) on hotels.com. "

"This is a wonderful apartment hotel. It is run by a small group. We looked out and got the penthouse unit with a large gracious and spacious balcony and two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The staff are terrific. It’s located really close to the Serrano market and all kinds of other wonderful things about Palermo in Buenos Aires. Great coffee shop across the street as well. "

"Augustin on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He really made us welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not many utensils for cooking but we managed. Nice safe area and a short walk to the beautiful parks. Would definitely return "

"Firstly the price you see is not the price you pay. Shortly after booking we received an email saying we need to pay 21% VAT when we check in. I have been booking through hotels.com since 2018 and besides City Tax, we were never asked to pay any VAT or additional taxes. Regrettably we were not able to cancel the booking as it is no refundable. Besides the above the apartment did not come with some basic items one would expect. "Room was surface level clean but very dirty overall. The room is VERY loud. Street noise. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors. "
