"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"

"Clean room, great staff, modern amenities including washer and dryer."

"the room was huge, very nice, and had a really nice view of the alps. the staff was very friendly and the amenities were free. I definitely recommend. The hotel was right next to train station as well so it made it really convenient especially if you are tired from snowboarding/skiing all day"

"Friendly staff, nice room, great location. "

"Great location. We didn’t have chance to use the spa but the bag of spa treats in our room were a lovely touch if we had. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, probably the best food of our two week trip (get the pork!)"

"Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff! Right in the heart of the shops and other restaurants. Easy access to train and bus. Fondue Krebs was the best of the 4 fondue’s we had on our trip! Fantastic breakfast with made to order eggs (fill out a sheet) Also, the bartender provided us ice for our room. Hotel has a vintage romance feel to it. Was a great place to stay and easy train access to Grindlewald and Lauterbrennen. Boat ride on the lake also recommended!"

"Great hotel close to station. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great staff"

"Excellent staff, location and room. Enjoyed our stay at your hotel."

"This hotel was excellent from the friendly and professional staff, to the cleanliness and large size of the room. The hotel is right in the middle of Interlaken with a breathtaking view of the park and the Bernese Swiss Alps. I highly recommend this property to all."

"Beautiful views from hotel room and it was very relaxing. We totally enjoyed the stay and would definitely revisit in future. Location was fine in terms of 10-15 mins walk away from public transport."

"Staff- particularly Marianna and Kim were helpful, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Breakfast was hearty, with a good variety. Rooms nice but a bit dated. Good location to restaurant and train station."

"OH MY!! WHAT AN AMAZING ROOM! We splurged for the balcony room and if you can do it you SHOULD. It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Staff were outstanding and very professional. Bar tender was excellent. Would not have changed one thing about our stay!!"
