"Absolutely beautiful place to stay!! A warm welcome on arrival, check in was quick and easy. We were shown to our room and given a guide how to use to automatic windows and blinds etc. The room was stunning. Attention to detail amazing. Decor and furnishing was very luxurious and immaculately clean. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Lovely location just by the river and a short walk into the centre of Lancaster. We will definitely return."

"The Borough Hotel is a best choice to stay in Lancaster, whether on business or visiting the historic city of Lancaster out of interest. Centrally situated, the Georgian Hotel has a very good restaurant, although the breakfast included offer is not available for third party bookings, such as through Expedia. Still, the very good breakfasts on offer in the Restaurant are not very expensive. The staff are lovely and most helpful. Lancaster is a student city and the young people enhance the vibrant...
