"Upon checking in line is long and very disorganized. Received an email saying contact the caretaker Jillene with her phone number I've calling her saveral times but no answer and 3 minutes later she texted and said if I called. Decided to just text her for better communication but still no response after she messaged me if I called. After waiting for an hour we finally got the key to our room. When we got to our room, mop still inside the room and the bathroom and living room walls are moldy....

"The unit accommodate 8 people just like the way we want: clean, spacious, 2 baths (wow! ), comfortable , and close to all the main attractions. No parking problem and the staff were nice and attentive. Highly recommended for large group. Thanks for making our stay all worthwhile"

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking,the website says...
