Bus had a shuttle that came twice an hour to/from Maihama Stn which was very convenient. Not much going on around the hotel as it is in an industrial/office area, but there is a convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend for those looking for a hotel near DisneyLand/DisneySea."

"Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"MyStays Shin-Urayasu more than met our expectations. While not a five-star facility, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast that includes Japanese and Western selections. Unfortunately, it's not open for lunch or dinner. But, the Shin-Urayasu train station is just a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There is an Aeon Mall with a food court and several other "sit down" and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the train...
