The hotel was close enough to the venue for our uber rides. The price was high for a night but there were two huge events going on and everything was booked so it was affordable once split 4 ways. We didn't use the pool. The other guests were nice that stayed there so no issues."

"I booked an accessible suite and it was perfect for my daughter and I. It was a lot more space than I was expecting. It was very easy to get around every room in my power chair. The bathroom had more grab bars than I've ever seen in an accessible bathroom, which was very appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool and the staff was friendly and helpful. "The check-in was perfect, the Hostess shared information about the area events and attractions. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were top of the line. The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants and lake Eola. Perfect for walking. We will be back."

"A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They have a local shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are large with bathtub and 5 head shower. My only small complaint was the HAVC was a little loud. "

"As a family of 5 it is not always easy to find accommodation without booking two rooms. Cabana bay was perfect for us, plenty of room in the room. Excellent facilities on site, plenty of stuff do on the hotel site when wanting a few hours away from the park. Would return in a heartbeat"
