"Primeiro chegamos e não tinha ninguém na recepção, depois descobri que o quarto que escolhi no aplicativo não era no prédio do hotel e sim umas suítes num cubículo que me decepcionou. Saímos a tarde e chegamos quase a noite e entramos e não tinha ninguém nem na recepção e até ao quarto não encontramos ninguém. Qualquer um podia entrar que ninguém ia ver.
