"Wonderful staff and clean comfortable rooms"

"This was value for money! Very nice hotel with pool spa and tenniscourt at a very reasonable price. Probably the most value for money hotel I ever been to"

"The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money."

"Clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The hotel is new, beautifully designed and in a superb beachfront location. What really made our visit, however, was the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely keen to help, without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal throughout and made the whole stay particularly memorable. We would happily return."

"Everything was excellent. So relaxing and so romantic."

"Intercontinental Muscat made us genuinely feel cared for. From the moment we arrived, there was a calmness and warmth and warmth to the hotel that stayed with us throughout the entire visit. The property itself is beautifully designed in a way that feels deeply connected to Omani elegance. Traditional without feeling outdated, refined. Everything felt intentional: the architecture, the atmosphere, the gardens, the cleanliness, the quietness. A true sense of quiet luxury. What we will remember...

"Wonderful hotel, very nice position, great staff and many restaurants available. View from the room amazing!!!"

"I was only in Muscat for 24 hours, so this hotel was a good way to be halfway between the airport and the tourist attractions."

"Everything about this place was fantastic - stunning, comfortable, great food wonderful staff. My only wish is that I had had more time there!"

"When in Muscat, I always stay at Grand Hyatt. The food, the view, and most of all the staff create a warm and welcoming environment. Parth is the waiter in the lounge and is so kind, helpful, and provides excellent service. Abdullah was at breakfast and remembered our coffee choices daily. Beautiful country and beautiful people. "

"Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was also super fresh and tasty too - set us up for our days exploring! Free car parking and bottled water provided. Swimming pool is nice after a hot day in the sun. Towels provided."
