"Amazing Very clean room even when you have a dog room Staff really helpful Breakfast really good Parking was good 👍"

"Convenient location and great accommodation"

"They did not provide soap in the bathroom and no paper towels or napkins."

"Property location was excellent less than 10 minutes walk into the town. Parling easy behind the property. Lyme Regis is hilly, plenty to do though."

"The cottage was very clean and really warm. Great space good size "

"Clean"

"An excellent property in very good condition with all the facilities that our small family required for a brilliant week in Lyme Regis. Thanks"

"The property is an amazing old building right in the centre of town, opposite the fossil museum and a very short walk to the beach As others have mentioned it is directly above a burger restaurant, which didn’t pose an issue other than an overwhelming smell of old cooking fat in the communal entrance although isnt noticeable upstairs in the apartment The place was perfectly clean but the sofa has seen better days and the main bed was very uncomfortable. The biggest issue we had was the noise...

"Lovely comfortable flat with lovely seaside decor. Amazing view of the sea. Close to everything you need. Parking is tight but they do warn you of this, so it wasn’t a surprise. There is some noise from the road as there are traffic lights outside the bedroom window and it’s near the theatre so some noise from there. But it did not affect our long weekend break and we had a wonderful time and would go back."

"Had a great stay at Lynchway. I would definitely come back. The pictures don’t make justice to this beautiful cottage. "

"Advertised having two bathrooms . It had 1 bathroom and a toilet with a very small sink."

"Lovely property in a wonderful village. "

"Very clean comfortable stay. There was a keysafe at the property but you had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the key which seemed odd. Parking was round the corner and down the hill."

"Really good and a great welcome pack but the lack of shower gel was disappointing. The double bed was a little rickety."

"Top of a very steep hill and takes at least 20 minutes walk to town centre. We are physicality fit people! Stripping the bed, then bagging it in a bag, a separate bag for all the towels isn’t part of the holiday! The outside seating not good and not inviting. Tv difficult to operate - I’ve used a lot of tvs in my life this proved the most challenging! Check in time late time at 4pm! Think 3pm Is more realistic. Booklet useful in lounge. Fairly modern kitchen. New build development. Room for 2...

"Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up. The bedrooms are spacious but so hot as we couldn’t seem to open the windows. The week we were there the temperatures were between 20-25 degrees, much less than the...

"The property is located on a site which includes a hotel and a group of small private homes. None of which is a negative. The area is very quiet, but you definitely need a car. The surrounding area is sensationally beautiful and well worth a visit and we enjoyed our trips out very much. The property itself was disappointing. It looked good on paper, but the moment we opened the front door, it was smelly. The smell was a continual issue. Every time we returned from a trip, it was as though...
