"Excellent location for the centre of Conwy, always a joy to go there. Great to have the communal facilities and the room was lovely and bathroom too. Would be helpful to have a shelf in the shower. Some debris from the road in the entrance which could’ve been cleaned, but good facilities and very nice over all."

"Overnight stay . Staff very welcoming and friendly , and informative about Hotel and surrounding area . Did not actually stay in the Hotel but in one of the lodges behind Hotel which is ground floor level . Bathroom exceptionally clean . Bedroom clean and would benefit an upgrade . Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant . Free Good parking facilities overnight . Enjoyed...

"Large, comfortable and clean room with all the required amenities. Staff were excellent and very friendly as well. Location was great across Swallow Falls and have ample of parking. Will just need to validate your car with reception if staying over. Highly recommend and will stay again if we are back in the area "
