"The room was modern, spacious and cosy with a wonderful view of the gorgeous gardens. The bed wasnt very comfortable unfortunately. The building has a lot of character which doesnt feel dated, except the carpet!

"Lots of issues unfortunately and management team helped with some of them to start with to get us in at least! Followed another vehicle into the car park and it soon became clear that none of the key codes worked to exit the car park by foot, so one of our party had to enter the apartment from the road and gain access that way to the car park with a fob. Team helped get us in and were quick to answer queries until we got in the apartment and I made comments about the blind being missing in one...
