"Little gem with easy access to Lymington and the new Forrest . The staff were very friendly and helpful the food was good , plenty of off street parking and the property had a unique feel , with the river passing through the property with small bridges passing over the various water ways . "The bed and breakfast is Cowes was in a great location. It was easy to walk to town and parking for our vehicle was provided. The hosts were terrific - providing great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The hosts’ 2 dogs were so CUTE!"

"Arrived slightly late but still greeting by owner. Room was spacious and luxurious but does need some TLC. Beautiful balcony overlooking wonderful spacious gardens, small pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, helpful and respectfully distant. Had a great meal at The Bear of Burton (two doors away). Great distance from Christchurch (6 minutes). Would stay again."
