"Little gem with easy access to Lymington and the new Forrest . The staff were very friendly and helpful the food was good , plenty of off street parking and the property had a unique feel , with the river passing through the property with small bridges passing over the various water ways . "This Hotel hit all the spots for our small intimate family wedding for our daughter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were perfect. The gardens were beautiful and well looked after a perfect setting for photographs. The food in the evening and at breakfast great and plenty of choice. A big thank you to all the staff."

"The bed and breakfast is Cowes was in a great location. It was easy to walk to town and parking for our vehicle was provided. The hosts were terrific - providing great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The hosts’ 2 dogs were so CUTE!"

"We were pleased to find that the reviews we had read about the friendly and helpful staff and the clean rooms and the great breakfast were all true! It is tremendous value for money, there were tea and coffee making facilities, a shower, towels, shower gel and shampoo, a flat screen tv and wifi and parking. There was also a bar but we didn't have time to visit it during our stay. We will certainly book again when needing accommodation in or near Ryde."

"All staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for the town, the bus and train station and hover craft, however the hovercraft is quite noisy if your room at the front of the building. Good food at all meals and the free cooked breakfast was a real bonus."
