The decor everywhere was lovely, the floorboards in our room, above and below were quite loud and could hear other guests for a while at night. We found The Ormond as a stopover on our way home from Cornwall and didn’t realise how lovely it would be, we’ll definitely be returning specifically to visit the hotel and local area again"

"A really enjoyable place to stay. The New Inn is picturesque and historic; it is neither a five-star hotel nor a modern one. It could do with investment. But it is really to be enjoyed for what it is, and the staff manage it as best as its antiquity permits."
