"Lovely experience. Ideally situated for the centre, quiet with lovely bars close by. Very clean, warm and spacious. There was a smell from the toilet but we accepted this may be the case on a boat and we did eventually get used to it and not notice it. Would we stay here again …. A resounding yes "

"Heather who greated me was warm and welcoming and took my bags, the chap who booked me in was equally nice and helpful. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in! I had some of my best night sleeps here. Central for town and train station 10 min easy walk. Riom very clean amd tidy, with nice smelling body wash."

"Joe is easy to reach. The location of this property is superb. It's in city centre. The tram is within a couple of minutes walk. Everything is within walking distance. "

"Rooms could be improved , quite dated , bedside lights were missing (holes still present) telephone removed but cable left behind , electric oil filled radiator on wheels was supplied to heat the room. Staff were really helpful and we also made full use of the spa facilities which was a great addition "
